Only a suggestion: next time start KYC from deposit and not when customers ask to withdraw winnings while this could resolve issues like this, this could also deter gamblers from registering on their gambling site. registering without doing KYC upon registration is very tempting to a lot of gamblers. unless Duelbits is willing to take that possible loss, I don't think KYC upon registration will happen.
I also don't think Duelbits will take the advice, it's a good precaution but between profit and precaution, Duelbits will choose the first option, as long as they address every complaint that comes along, and they are dedicated to addressing the issue, of course, the complainant's cooperation is very important, Duelbits' reputation is still intact.
