Yes, I totally agree with you that time is a major factor to play when it comes to investment (I.e both agricultural, self-development, and finance), which Bitcoin happens to fall under the financial category, and not only that, but for ones offer individuals the privilege to have control over their finance without external influence by central banks or government. Because just like you earlier said, only if had anybody invested in Bitcoin 5 to 7 years ago (I.e 2016 - 2018), by now I'm sure such an individual would have been on a massive profit of over 2000% due to the current price of Bitcoin today at $27k/BTC.
And at this moment, I will like to encourage all Newbies that it's never late to still invest in Bitcoin, as it still has the potential to pump massively in the next 5 to 7 years today

To plant a tree, first buy it from the market.  Then you have to plant.  Then the tree slowly grew and its branches grew.  Nothing can come from that tree without waiting for a long time.  After planting a tree, one has to wait for 5-7 years to get any yield from the tree. And if patience is lost before that, if the tree is cut down, then nothing much can come from the tree.

So we should wait a long time like planting a tree.  Similarly we have to wait by investing Bitcoin.

But we know what Bitcoin used to be and what it is now.  It will be bigger in the future.  So don't we think about the future?  Of course I will.  Invest in Bitcoin with the future in mind.

I get the idea and it does make sense. But on investment, there's this thing called short term and long term investment which varies depending on what type of an investor you are. Some would engage to short term investment especially those who are seeking for faster profit, downside of this is the risk since you'd more likely react with every changes in the market price. In long term investment, it is indeed like planting a tree. Has risks as well but not as high with short term. Risk is lack of assurance that in a long run, the market price will continuously increase and also, it will require you to be patient enough in order to endure partial losses as you wait.

You can actually get the seeds for free from the other trees and keep planting regardless...

How? Doing some bounties or any tasks/jobs or airdrops that will give you Bitcoin? I think yes this is possible before but now, it seems more difficult because you start to give your most of time before you get seeds for free. You need to work hard for that. And always don't rely on free seeds in this world, everything now already have a cost or you need to work for it before you can get it.

Just sowing the seed or planting a sapling and we can't expect the fruit out of it the next day. Even the hybrid variants need specific time to flower and then gets to a fruit. Same time there is a saying in Bible, “The gardener said, ‘Let’s give it another year. I’ll dig around it and fertilize, and maybe it will produce next year; if it doesn’t, then chop it down.’”. With bitcoin we need to dig around and fertilize, which is being done by very few spreading the good about bitcoin.
