Newly created account is not the case here, but the problem is organizing free spin event in the ANN thread is not proper, a lot of spam replies has chocked the thread while it's not supposed to be so. Not to mention that it is quite similar to a lot of the new accounts being formed to get the latest 30 free spins without first reading the terms. KYC Level 2 is made very clear as a requirement and attempting to circumvent it with numerous new accounts is just going to be counterproductive in the future. The majority of our complaints tend to be posted by the users who disregard the rules and then turn to accuse the casino on the occasion when withdrawal is blocked. In fact, Jackpotter do not have any intention to use this ANN thread as a place for the contest entries submission because they do not ask it as what written in the rule, they ask participants to send them a DM but those newbies are those who make this ANN thread to submit their entries. I am not sure why those newbies did it because there can be 2 possible reason. First is that these new accounts did not read the rules or second reason is that they did read the rules but unable to send OP a DM because maybe OP set the account to not allow newbies send a DM.
