How I wish this topic OP arrange so get hand to take draw some members wey no dey hear for ear say the music don change, no be to dey drop any how thread wey no make sense and expect people wey dey here to clap hand for them.
OP I like wetin you talk, create topics wey concern Bitcoin and also any other tight topic too all join, no be to repeat one topic with different packages wey dey here for our LB, that one no make sense at all.
Newbies abeg una get am for head and body, una go fit do pass those things, make una try bring up something wey we no go tire to talk about.

Wow!!! I so we have newcomers like this in this board. This marvelous and very interesting thread to read. Op I applaud for you. I no get water in my house I for baf you with K-brothers soap. Well apart from joke you really tok well and real day matter na just to clean the board and let dem no fear anything. But dey have to be careful with di topics dem dey create and as di op said. Let dem tok about things day concerning cryptocurrency and relevant topics from naija news and not tori wey no concerns us.

I am actually writing this post prior to the recent happening on the local board and I know this would have been hard on some newbie who are actually trying to just get involved and atleast earn some merits to grow, but like other senior member have said, spamming the local board isn't actually the right way to go about it.

The mentioned senior rank members are actually looking out for the board, they mean well for the board and we all know spamming is against the rules of the forum and since the board is part of the forum so it’s only right to discourage spamming here. Regardless of how low rank members feel they should learn to adapt to the ways of the forum since the forum have been in existence even before they created an account they have to abide by it’s ways.

The board is currently growing so it is normal to experience higher spam rates than the usual so and it’s the senior ranks members to look after the board. Newbies should not be discouraged by this statements because if they are used to spamming the local board they will find it difficult to create quality posts and grow so they should take everything as a motivation and reduce their spam rate.

In life people try to discourage you from everything you want to do probably because they don’t like it shouldn’t weigh you down but rather motivate you and make you stronger. Some advice may sound discouraging but doesn’t mean we should shy away from them, use it to build yourself it maybe beneficial more than you imagined.

This na true say we dey grow and more spam post ho pile for the local board, no body dey exclude the fact but the issue be say make we acknowledge the road wey e dey lead to and correct am ASAP and I thank God that some users here have been selfless to actually find a way to reslolev this issue because this our local board is also a center of watchful eyes being a new and active one on the charts and I remember say many top users like halab, JayJuanGee, lovemayfamilies, hugeblack and so many other dey come put mouth for some of the Tori wey dem fit relate on for the board

I suggest that topics that ain't bitcoin related topics shouldn't be discussed anymore and we should attend to existing topics that have been created that are informative and has low or no reply by members of these local board as their some creative posts with zero reply or no much reply so instead of creating numerous topics that are saying or almost saying the same thing we need to browse through the pages to find out if there are post that are related to the ones you wish to create, by so doing the rate of spamming will reduce to the minimal.

If we all want to be centered in the existing topics only, most newbies won’t have a say in most of the conversations that are bitcoin related. What they can do is just to watch what other members who understands bitcoin more are discussing there. This will lead to less discussion in the local board which is what we don’t want in the local board now. Newbies should beware of irrelevant topics that has no meaning or add value to this community they are sharing it to, this is basically the spam most of the senior members are talking about. Learning takes time and we know they’re all learning gradually but that shouldn’t make them spam the board with unnecessary posts.

The sole reason for the creation of this bitcointalk forum is for bitcoin related information and messages therefore let's not take because we don't want the local board to look boring and start talking shits or making posts that are irrelevant to our discussion on this forum.

As a newbie what they have to do is to watch and learn more about the forum rather than rushing to comment or post threads that has no meaning. It will be very bad for senior members who are outside this local board to come and see shitposts and posts that ain't bitcoin related discussion just as one of the legends @jajuanGee visited the forum recently, so if such caliber of persons come to the local board and see all these things it's a bad reputation on the local board as we don't want anything that will void the efforts of our senior men that made this local board come to reality.

The best and fastest way to grow your knowledge and confidence in this board and the entire forum at large is in your ability to take corrections and also welcome criticism because both are important to your growth and progress here in the forum,  so any time such threads comes up to warn newbies about the importance of making quality posts we shouldn't take it as an attack to demotivate the newbie,  but as a tool for your growth,  we have been in this journey for a while now,  and at such a lot of time we have come face to face with those kinds of challenges and it has thought us a few lessons which range from.

1: Building a thick skin to welcome and absorb any form of criticism, both negative and positive criticisms.

2: to have the ability to make corrections,  work on them,  and finally improve by those corrections and suggestions.
