Today I saw a list of odds for the Ballon d'Or and I wasn't too surprised
I think Vinicius JR will win this time, however, if Bellingham or Mbapee win the Euro and play some great games, that chance may be reduced

All arrows point to Vini Jr, but if England wins the European men's football competition, it will mean that Jude Bellingham has won the la Liga, the champions League and then the European competition in one football season, that will be a very big achievement that will be difficult to ignore.

For Mbappe, even though France wins the Euro's, he still does not deserve it, he should wait until next season.

You can only say so because Kylian Mbappe did not win this year UEFA champions league or coming closer to the final, but if the Ballon d'Or where to be given by individual effort I believe Kylian Mbappe will be the favorite the win it because he doesn't match any of the above listed players by the Op. Kylian Mbappe won the French league one top scorer also won the league one title with PSG and did well in the UEFA champions league despite not winning the trophy but since most time it is been given to a player that either won the UEFA champions league or the world cup.
But since it's not individual effort Vinicius Jr and Bellingham are in good condition to win this year Ballon d'Or.

I think your opinion is biased and based on personal emotions, maybe how you feel towards the player because everyone knows that Vinicius has been Real Madrid's most dangerous player all season. Bellingham had a wonderful first season in the club, and has to be the second option for the award because it was his first season in the club, and although he contributed fairly to the successful season that Real Madrid has had, The success of this season is not new to Real Madrid because it is not the first time in their history where they won the La Liga and the Champions League as well.

Maybe next season we will think Bellingham or Mbappe, but it will now depend on how important they mold themselves to be for the club.

I might not be correct but I find your comment about Vinicius Junior unacceptable. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but calling him a crybaby sounds provocative. If I can remember, the only time the Brazilian striker cried was when he was subjected to a racist attack during Real Madrid's loss against Valencia. The next time he shed tears was during a press conference where he was advocating for the stopping of racial attacks against blacks.

Mocking him because of his emotional reactions seems to me that you are not concerned about his pain. It is also worthwhile to state that the Ballon d'Or is not won by emotional expressions but by performance and when it comes to that the Brazilian deserves to win it. Many emotional players have achieved great heights in football and some examples are David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, Messi, etc.

I think previously the era of Ronaldo and Messi in competing for the Ballon d'Or has ended after they both are now competing outside the Europa League, but in fact Messi is still able to get it even though it is possible that the assessment was made before he moved to Mls, currently several players are of course strong candidates to win the Ballon d'Or such as Vinicius, Mbappe,  Belingham, Phil Foden and also Florian Wirtz, all of those players have a great chance of winning the Ballon d'or after all their achievements this season,  because all of them managed to win and help their team in the league to win the championship trophy, although indeed the Madrid player may look more complex after they were able to win two prestigious trophies this season, namely La Liga and the Champions League.

Vinicius is certainly a strong candidate to win the Ballon d'Or this season and I think he will compete closely with Bellingham after all their achievements this season with Madrid, but of course those chances could change if Mbappe, Belingham, Phil Foden and also Florian Wirtz help their country win the Euro 2024 trophy and I think it will be a huge plus for the potential Ballon d'Or winners.

I see they  are not giving any chance to Erling Haaland, if Harry Kane and Toni kroos can make the list, then why not Haaland, he was outstanding throughout the whole season for Manchester city, at least the only player that would have come from the English league.

Because Norway have failed to qualify for Euro 2024, if Haaland came from another country that qualified for the Euro, he would definitely be nominated for the Ballon d'Or in this year.

Since the Ballon d'Or is an individual award for excellence, I will not be surprised if vinicius junior Wins it.

The Ballon d'Or assessment is not only based on individual performance, but also based on team (club/national team) success during the previous season and player behavior/fair play.

Isn't 11.00 too high for Mbappe? His individual performance has been amazing. But I guess he is losing because of team success probably. Becoming the Ligue 1 champions must have a really slight positive effect. PSG couldn't win the Champions League either so that must be why. Otherwise with those incredible stats no way he is getting this high odds. 

I looked into the detailed odds and saw that Messi is even more favourite than Haaland - 34.00 for Messi, 41.00 for Haaland. Just what is this? Who cares about the MLS in the first place, it is hard to understand...

As for my betting choice, it would be Bellingham I guess. Betting on Vinicius Jr looks like a bigger risk to me.

I think whoever wins it , it will be from Real Madrid team for sure. There is no other player who deserve it from other team besides Haaland but he didn't make a single great game in UCL and that counts a lot. Maybe Kross will take it ? Maybe Vini Jr ? because besides there 3 players , I really cannot see other player take it.

Not even the UEFA European Competition would displace Vinicius Junior from winning the Ballon d'or, he's earned it as well deserves it.

Jude Bellingham had a great first season but in the Champions League Competition, Vinicius Junior made more impact than him atmost the assist for Valverde and then the goals scored against Bayern Munich on both meetings.

No! We'll see more of Kylian Mbappe next season with Real Madrid, he should be lined up for the award, t's one of the reasons why he's a Real Madrid player.
Toni Kroos only focused on retirement, take the Ballon d'or award aside, I'm sure he'll be voting for Vinicius Junior if he was captain of German national team.

Bellingham is a good player but comparing the influence of Vinicius to Bellingham we can see a huge difference, so Vinicius deserves to win his first Balloon d'Or. After Vinicius the second nominee base on my personal likings would be for Kane, he deserves it, despite having no trophy to back up but he did perform really good this season. Over everything my money would be bet on Vinicius, he truly deserves it.

You shouldn't make it unfair, Brazil also joined the international cup which is Copa America, it's similar to EURO, the difference is just the nations. So any player has a chance to show off their capability in international cup, which I believe Mbappe will shine this time.

If look at who is the favorite to win the Ballon d'Or then it cannot be denied that Vinicius Jr is the player who is the most popular and is always linked as the winner of the 2024 Ballon d'Or.
Initially, Mbappe and Haaland were the two strongest candidates to win the 2024 Ballon d'Or title, but after the 2023/24 season finished, everything changed and Real Madrid players had the highest chance of winning the annual title as best player.
Now the Ballon d'Or as whole has three players who are the strongest candidates to win it, first the favorite is Vinicius Jr, then there is Bellingham and after that Mbappe, the three of them have quite tight competition even though next season they will be team mate.
It is difficult to just predict because all decisions are in the hands of the organizers officials because everything could happen in surprising way or not as expected based on existing statistics.
Our hope is that the implementation of the Ballon d'Or for the 2024 season can be carried out in truly transparent and fair manner, lest an incident like previously season occur and cause negative sentiment among football fans.
