Bazed Bet is a SCAM. DO NOT deposit or gamble there. They're either in financial trouble or, worse, running some kind of scam where they don't pay out winners.

My name is João. I'm a lower middle-class father of 4 from Brazil. I used ChatGPT and my cousin who studies English at the University of São Paulo helped me write this complaint.

On May 28, 2024, I deposited 3.61 BNB (about USD 2,166) onto Bazed Bet. I went on a winning run and turned that into $15,556. I've got videos and screenshots of every bet attached to this complaint.

My deposit https://www.talkimg.com/images/2024/06/29/hxPgg.jpeg

My withdrawal https://www.talkimg.com/images/2024/06/29/hx6vH.jpeg

Let me break down my winning streak for you. Here is a video where you can see every winning bet:

https://rumble.com/v54jgwz-bazed-bet-scammed-me-15000.html

1.$2,166 stake to win $7,060.88

David Goffin

Giulio Zeppieri to win a set

Yulia Putintseva

2.$7,061 stake to win $9,489.98

Thanasi Kokkinakis

Paula Badosa

3.$9,490 stake to win $10,249

Alexander Bublik

4.$9,057.96 stake to win $9,329

Gorny to win

5.$1,191.87 stake to win $1,263.38

Gorny

6.$10,593 stake to win $11,345

Catry/Shick

Rebeca Pereira

7.$2,345 stake to win $2,860.90

Kwiatkowski

8.$1,861 stake to win $4,243

2.28 odds parlay

9.$2,000 stake to win $2,540

Dallas Mavericks

10.$1,300 stake to win $2,275

Florida Panthers

I turned $2,166 into $15,556. I've got all the proof for you to see in the video. I did nothing else but just deposit and win.

I tried to withdraw 93 SOL. That's when things got ugly. They hit me with this KYC requirement. No problem, I thought. I sent them everything they asked for my ID card, passport, two bills showing my address, even a selfie with my passport. I even sent them a video of myself and all of my documents.

I did some research and found out that Bazed Bet doesn't even have a license. They're not supposed to be handling KYC docs at all. Now I know they're using this KYC thing as an excuse to not pay me. Their use of KYC to withhold winnings is fraud.

I'm filing legal and criminal complaints against Bazed Bet and its owners. If you've also been defrauded by them, I urge you to do the same. The more of us who speak up, the stronger our case becomes.

I've found other victims online who've been denied their winnings too. This isn't an isolated incident. I've come across several discussions and complaints from other players who've experienced similar issues with Bazed Bet:

Let's band together. File complaints with your local authorities. Reach out to gambling regulators. If enough of us make noise, we can push for a proper investigation into Bazed Bet. That's at least $100,000 in scams and unpaid winnings.

Document everything emails, screenshots, betting histories. This evidence will be crucial.

I'm determined to see this through, not just for my own sake, but to stop Bazed Bet from scamming others. If you've been affected or have info that could help, please get in touch.

Let's show Bazed Bet they can't get away with this. It's time they face the consequences of their actions.

Here was their last response to me. Now they block my chats, don't answer my emails and have blocked me on Telegram.

https://www.talkimg.com/images/2024/06/29/hxmnv.png

"Dear Joao,

Our KYC provider has reviewed the documents you submitted and determined that they are not legitimate.

Your account is now permanently banned.

Best regards,

The Support Team"

Why would I even consider submitting fake documents after a $15,000 win? It just doesn't make any sense. If I was trying to pull a fast one, I could've easily asked a friend or a family member for their docs. But that's not what happened here, I just won.

I played fair and square, won fair and square, and when they asked for my documents, I gave them exactly what they wanted - my real, honest-to-goodness paperwork. No tricks, no games.

Their management is just looking for any excuse to dodge paying out big winners. They're giving me the runaround, blocking me left and right, and trying to ignore me now that it's time to pay up. They have done this to many other people too they are a scam and fraudulent.

It's like they think they can just shut people out and hope we'll go away. But that's not how this works. We had a deal, I played by their rules, won fair and square, and now they're trying to change the game. It's not just unfair, it's downright fraud.

I'm not asking for anything I didn't earn. All I want is for them to honor their side of the agreement.

I just want my withdrawal that I won. If they want to solve this I am here.

What real casino's says:

I sent them everything they asked for my ID card, passport, two bills showing my address, even a selfie with my passport. I even sent them a video of myself and all of my documents.
This is the shittiest KYC requirements asked for a gambling website not to mention an unlicensed website. Even exchanges don't usually ask this info especially for bills and video of the user and the docs.

I see that they don't have any representative here either, well they will be roasted here if they do open ann thread with such behaviour.

Totally agree with @PX-Z on this one, there ain't no way that that kind of KYC is for real, they're asking for your passport now just to get your wins? If it was me, the moment that they've asked for it, I'd probably be letting that money go because there's no way that any ID that's provided by the government is going to be getting used for a KYC let alone a bunch of them just to proved that I'm not a cheater, good thing that you did file a criminal charges against them OP, that way, they're going to do something about their deplorable and crazy ways, hopefully you get your win in the process.

I agree. Stake and BC Game let me withdraw right away, no problem, and their KYC is direct on the site.

I should say I did pass the KYC with them. But they no have KYC inside the site. They give me third-party link after I win, to make excuse not pay me. After I pass, they say my documents are fraudulent. I live in Brazil I have no reason to give them the fraudulent documents.

They have no license, so no reason to take KYC. They only do it after I win, to deny my winnings. Real sites have license, and KYC is inside the site so people can resubmit if needed.

This problem is pending for one month, and they take weeks to answer me. They block me on live chat and Telegram, and only answer email after many weeks.

They did same thing to guy from Canada. They told him he must do KYC. I try to get in touch with him. He win more money than me, and same thing happen to him. I will ask him to make thread here and comment when he answer me.

They told him Canada is illegal, even though everywhere else accept Canada first. Then he pass KYC like me, and they ban him and no pay him when he win.

Thank you for answer. It is not real KYC. There is no KYC inside their site. They send me third-party link to some sketchy site so they can tell me not pay me.

Here is picture: https://ibb.co/Ws5Zg62

You right, I should not do it. Clearly, their KYC process is fraud. They send me this link to this site, not even in their website—they email it to me. They use a site called kyc aid you can see in my picture.

They ban me as soon I try withdraw my win. All I do is deposit and win. I have screenshots and videos of everything. When I try withdraw my winnings, they ban me and leave me for one month, making me do KYC.

They not just want passport; they want live video with live check, passport, ID card, two statements to prove my address, selfie, and video. I pass it all, and they say I use fake documents. Only idiot would use fake documents. I have no reason to; I just win. I do nothing wrong but win and ask for my winnings. They looking for any reason not to pay me.

I can show all the documents and steps I did with the information blurred out to show I’m for real. They said my bank statement was not valid because it was English before too they tried to fail me for that. Then I got an English statement and I still passed and they said it was fake documents. I can show a mod here my documents or upload the documents with the key information blurred.

My cousin is member of BOPE. We go take this to federal level and file subpoenas. They probably think they can scam people, and no one do anything. It’s easy to find people and prove scams now. Governments can subpoena everyone, and we bring them to justice, especially if they do this to many of us and we all do it together with different authorities. They not get away with this.

I have many casino complaint websites working on this. You can check here, they are now looking at my complaint to understand and find the scam.

I send all my documents used for KYC to show they are real. You can check progress here: https://ibb.co/CBKThxv

This is all my document I send to Bazed: https://ibb.co/dBBGfyv

I show that I finish all levels verification on stake.com, bc.game, and rollbit. All these sites have real KYC, but Bazed is failing to me not withdraw to me. This site is scam, I will expose. I can do video if the kyc on all other sites too with the same document. The review sites are doing this for me now.

This is submitting Stake KYC: https://ibb.co/cgGW684

This is passing Stake KYC: https://ibb.co/vHHbR0D

They not pay me or even contact me back.

Thank you everyone for your support and advice. We bring this to justice. I can prove everything and have all proof. All Bazed do is ignore and pretend they not scammers.

These review sites do their own investigate and prove this. Then what Bazed say?

If you are scammed too contact me on telegram @joaod433

@Maus0728 @PX-Z Check how they ban another guy from Canada for winning 22,000 and tell him Canada is banned place. This ever happen in crypto casino? Grin https://www.complaintsboard.com/bazed-bet-outright-fraud-withheld-funds-c1969650
