What happened:

My Rollbit account has been restricted and I can't use the sportsbook or withdraw money. I was asked to do a KYC check, which I passed. The last check was a live check I think and I'm now KYC tier 3. My account is not in profit and they're blocking $5486.

I wrote to compliance@rollbit.com and they asked me for more information. I sent them this information on March 14th and no response since then. It's been over 25 business days

They keep asking me if I have any other accounts here on Rollbit. This is my first and only account on Rollbit.

You should maybe post more of the chat logs?

Anyway, if things are as you say, surely they should at least issue a response as to what they're looking from you.


From your pictures, am I understanding correctly that you're withdrawing money that is less than your total deposit? Or are there some profits there too? We can't be sure without your withdrawals. We don't 100% have to know but it just makes me think if the casino has said anything as to why they're restricting you.

Withdrawing your deposit is rarely restricted with KYC. So maybe they're seeing this as a large win that needs to be investigated?

Rollbit also host about a couple signature campaigns here so I'm sure at least some attention will be brought to your issue with the post.

They keep asking me if I have any other accounts here on Rollbit. This is my first and only account on Rollbit.


This will give a hint on what case this user involve now. Most of the new case involves multiple account probably an abused of bonuses or arbitrage betting.

I’m not accusing that you guilty for this violation but a case like this always end up being ignored because there’s no way for you to prove that you don’t have multiple account in online casino while casino has a proof of IP connection.

I was browsing the forums now and I feel like everyone who is restricted in some way is asked about this multiple account thing.

Mentioning @Rollbit Razer and @holydarkness to look on this case further. It seems it has a lot of identical case which Rollbit ask for multiple account connection in the chat.

I don’t want to become bias but it will be helpful if Rollbit can clarify every case like this to give us closure on what’s really the truth behind this multiple account.

I mean why they need to ask for what’s the other account while they can list it on their own since they already have the list. Is admitting other account will help absolve user on his case?

First of all, OP, try to reach compliance@rollbit.com and describe your issue, they'll get it addressed.

Regarding the similar accusation of multi-acc, I made a similar post on neighboring rollbit complaint thread, explaining about this [in my theory] yesterday, where I think this is their default response. They're currently attempting a new way to resolve things and keep the flow of them in control, I think there is a possibility that some aspect needs to be tweaked, their "default response" [if my theory is correct] is definitely one of them

Ok, I think they are clogged. The neighboring thread that I just attended were also having similar problem.

Though Razer assured me that Rollbit has expanded their compliance department significantly to get this new approach of theirs work as smooth as possible, I think he probably miscalculated a bit and underestimated the workload and the possible bottleneck.

Do you mind to shoot me with your email address? I'll risk my good relationship with Razer to nudge him with your situation too, see if I can get any insight on what's happening.

Razer informed me that basically once an email sent to compliance, all we can and need to do is wait. They're currently flooded, I guess even with the major expansion that Rollbit do with their compliance division, they still underestimated how big the wave will sweep them when they funnelled all the complaints into one channel.

But, it seems things will clear out, eventually. Someone with a case a little bit later than OP [their email sent on 24th March, as they reported to me] got their situation resolved just couple days ago.

Razer informed me that basically once an email sent to compliance, all we can and need to do is wait. They're currently flooded, I guess even with the major expansion that Rollbit do with their compliance division, they still underestimated how big the wave will sweep them when they funnelled all the complaints into one channel.

But, it seems things will clear out, eventually. Someone with a case a little bit later than OP [their email sent on 24th March, as they reported to me] got their situation resolved just couple days ago.

Thank you very much for even being interested in this. I am very grateful.

You might message holydarkness to see if he can talk with his contact again. It has been over a month which IMO is a bit much. Next step is consider making a complaint on ask gamblers or casino guru if they can't get you some answers soon.

Remind me again, have you not got any email at all from compliance? Like them asking you to fill short questionnaire? That should be the very first email they send to "acknowledge" that they've read your email and will attend to it once it come to your queue.

Escalating to CG or AG won't make much difference, if I interpret Razer correctly.

Rollbit's approach to funnel everything into one department [their compliance team] and cease from responding from other channel is due to players always create multiple complaints on multiple platforms at once, like escalating here and AG and/or CG and reddit and twitter-X simultaneously, which overwhelm them as discussion happens in so many simultaneous media.

Thus, their decision to cease from every media and address only via their email, and will later update once they get to the bottom of the case [through me on this platform, and maybe they assign someone to update CG or AG]. Which means, even if OP escalate to any ADR, the wheel will still not going back to motion.

IMO, best way right now is for OP to let me know what he's got from compliance, so I can determine how far is his engagement and resolution process.
