The bookies are not in the country that gambling is bad therefore I do not think the country have any rights to stop the bookies from hosting their games for gambling for people that are outside the country. If the country does not want them to list their games for betting, they should stop any sport activities in the country and the gambling will stop. I do not like the fact that gambling is banned in some countries, I think they should teach how to gamble responsible instead of banning gambling because they can never completely ban gambling since they can not monitor everything that the citizens are doing. Making gambling illegal promotes gambling more than when it is accepted. People can always use VPN and gamble on casinos and sport books in other countries.

First of all they are featuring sports not gambling. Second, sports streaming is available globally while the application of gambling doesn’t partnered to sports itself since casino is just placing odds on each bet.

You might want to recheck the list of the countries you claimed gambling is prohibited generally, this is unless you are referring to a certain casino prohibiting those countries which I do not think was what you meant. Take Poland for instance, gambling is not prohibited in Poland and I think we should do a better search before posting than rely on some random web sorting as you furnished us here.

In replying to the whole meaning of your post, I do not think this is an issue. Everything about gambling in my country is banned, but that doesn't mean that betting abroad and providing any sports betting from my country for betting on gambling is not prohibited, because there are no rules for broadcasting bets on a competition, and I think that some casinos do not need to ask any permission from the organizer of the match or championship to make bets in their own casino.

Japan is a funny country because gambling is illegal there, but pachinko is legal and considered a fun game. You cannot exchange your wins into money at a pachinko parlor. You get a ticket and have to go to another place that exchanges these tickets into cash.

Yes, of course it's legal since there is no international laws against that, and every country is sovereign to define its own laws and rights.
So if a bookie is located in a country where bets on the events from a specific country are forbidden, it could be sued in court. Otherwise it's free to offer bets on which event he wants. As long as bookies offer those leagues on countries where gambling is not banned, I do not see what is wrong with it, after all there are many things that could be forbidden in a country but if you do them in another one then there is no problem, remember, countries only have the ability to enforce their laws inside their own borders, and if they want to ban gambling, that is on them, but they cannot force bookies to not offer those leagues to their customers.

I tthink you are making this more complicated than it needs to be.  Bookmakers run businesses - their main goal is profits.  Theyll find loopholes or gray areas in laws, staying just inside legal lines (or maybe bending rules) to keep making money.  If these companies take bets on matches where gamblings illegal, they likely found loophole or there arent yet laws prohibiting it in that spot.

I don't think it would be possible for any of those jurisdictions to actually take some action against bookies and casinos which feature a betting market. The restrictions or banned of gambling in such countries is only adhered that gambling activities shouldn't be practiced or exercised within their territories but the bookies can always adopt to feature them in the gambling activities and it's not illegal if that is being carried outside that country that it's being prohibited.

After all, it was only a sport that is being played and betting sites are only featuring them, so yeah that it's definitely fine and legal on their jurisdiction. Even not sports but a country that has banned gambling, people there or citizens of that country can also do their operations outside of that country.
