Lost all my selected matches after refreshing page

Have gambled in particular site refreshed my page also logout and login back, all my selected matches were the same till i input the exact amount I want to gamble and then submitted, i don't know why a reputed gambling site like stake.com can't have these feature where even though someone refreshed his page he won't lose his selected matches, please stake improve and I wouldn't want to experience this again.

Had anyone experienced this before, If yes how did you feel when you lost your entire games without staking them?

I also experienced it it's been quite a long time, only about 20+ have been entered into the betting list but because there was a network problem, I needed to refresh it again and the incident was the same like you registering what you want to bet back to the beginning. Starting from the beginning made me finally not bet, there was a little annoyance but I didn't think about reporting this because at that time I made the bet not 100% wanting to bet.

I don't use stake, but I have almost everything disabled in privacy settings and I usually lose the info in forms when I refresh the page.

I have not experienced anything so dramatic. Playing poker I have had the room freeze up due to a bad internet connection and had to reset it and turn the computer off and on, with all that entails in terms of lost plays. That would be the closest thing.

In a unique and rare case, you should refresh the page, but on the contrary it will take you to a refreshing atmosphere and access the gambling site perfectly without any problems, including the betting feature, you will have no problem reducing the amount you bet, Honestly, this is really strange and rare, I have never experienced anything like that, instead the page refresh actually becomes fresh, not a problem that occurs.

It has nothing to do with cookies. I noticed it on my browser. If you are selecting odds on Stake, do not refresh. If you refresh it, the bet slip would be empty. I will message their support and see what they can do to it.

I do not really understand this but this will not affect people that are on casinos. It will not affect people that are on sport but taking just one or two bets. But it can only affect people that are on sport and bet on parley with many odds.

I see this as some sort of review for stake.com and I hope they don’t take this wrong way as I think this update if corrected will be very much beneficial to them and not jus the gamblers and I think in other casinos, there are always options to refresh your site without you getting to lose your picks and if the reverse is the case with stake.com, then i think it’s a call for concern and they should look toward this as they’re too reputable to be facing these challenges, maybe others haven’t gotten the time to complain m, but whatever the case might be, I think they should look into this and see if they can do something about this.

You're able to get the attention of the community and they're very active in the forum, so I guess that they'll be able to call the attention of their department that's focused on their website's design.

You're also part of their campaign so, I think that they'll see your post about your frustration about it and might improve it for everyone's sake.

I haven't experienced this but if it's uncomfortable to a customer, they might look at it and solve the page's issue.

This is a really sad experience for you and since you said that your data run out along the line, I may have to say that you try using the site again when you have enough data and try refresh the page if that is the same result you will get, because stake seems to be a big casino that will not want to look away from having such a small features which almost all the fiat casinos has.

I believe you should be able to have such history saved automatically if you have already selected the games on the match page and remaining to bet them, you can go to bet history to see if the game are their as selected games.

I often experience problems like this and yes, it's annoying indeed, but I prefer to keep quiet and go back to making choices or bets. In fact, I often aim to bet when the match hasn't started but because I experience problems like this, I force myself to continue betting by live betting and this makes it no longer interesting because it is done in a hurry and the odds are also different. Seeing this thread made me to attempt to use this feature on stake to see if the statement is true or the problem be from you devices or internet, but I confirm that indid there is no record for my selected games when I refreshed the page and this is really a sad one because stake is one of the leading cryptocurrency casino that we have around the market and for sure not having the history stored to ease players stress is something that could be urgently needed, and I am going to contact the team or support to see how it be if such features could be added when next their updating the site software.

I never wanted to post this here but it's very annoying to sit for 6 hrs doing analysis on games precisely on a Club Friendly Games on stake.com and along the line still doing analysis and pick the best market for games i lost my network and decided to check on my network signal i noticed was almost out of data, and i need to go get my data top up. when i came back online i noticed my page wasn't active and i needed to get back clear on the page to continue my predictions, i tried i couldn't so i had to refresh my page as usual the way i do gamble with a local gambling site without knowing if i refresh my page i will have to lose my entire selected matches to bet.

That's what happens when you spend so much time to place a bet online because as soon as your browsing network is fluctuating, all the whole events that you have selected will just wipe away. I have had that experience in the past so what I mostly do now is to gather the whole events I want to Stake on then I will write the options I want to give each events in a paper before finally logging in my online gambling account to book the bets so that if I experience a network failure and they game wipes I can still rebook it since the options I chose are still available on the paper I wrote them down. The only problem you will have is if the events are about to kick off before it got wiped because before you will rebook it again the event must have started, though you can still see the event in the live betting market that's if the gambling site picks the event in live betting.

There's no way to escape this once you refresh you loose your choice of selection unless they have a temporary way of storing users option  [more  like a session storage ] not effective as you will be dealing multiple selection which won't be static for long though some might even require you moving to another page (still fair) your choice can still be saved as you're transitioning into another page...our forum is also an example although we tackled that already .
This how it will mostly work, I don't think there's a way to escape that but  most browser support backword navigation which won't cause refresh, it also available on mobile at the top nav bar section...

Why not when you're doing your analysis write down your selections, then go on the site and put in your selections? Then you at least have a record of what you were/are going to wager on and wouldn't have to redo the research.

I'm sure it sucked to have to start all over, but if you try it my way you will not lose anything except a little extra time writing.

It may sound funny but if I write down my selection before I place the bets, I will lose the bet. I have lost count of how many times this has happened to me, so to avoid this, I usually play just few matches from few leagues. As a matter of fact, as the season starts, I will use the first 5 matches of each team to know their forms from there I will make my selection to bet every other week.

Seems the OP is in the habit of playing long slip and what he would have done was to book the game and copy the booking code so that when he wants to continue, he call up the game and add more selections.
