You have to use instant exchanges for that, they will send your cryptos directly to your Bitcoin address into your wallet.  Changelly, Changenow, Moonpay, MtPelerin, Mercuryo, Banxa, Ramp Network are certainly ones of the most famous using fiat money currently.

OmegaStarScream is listing the most known/reputed instant exchanges on this thread in the Exchanges section (Economy>Marketplace>Service Discussion>) but they are not all offering fiat exchange https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5218464.0

Electrum doesnt support a direct conversation of your asset into the particular coin you want only thing you need to is use an exchange after Binance get banned to my country currently I'm using the MEXC which is the lowest fee I've seen currently and then once get withdrawn I do get it back into my wallet of course hardware wallet if its supported but if not until I gained profit through out holding.

What do you mean by until you get profit? Is it to hold in your Mexc account until you have enough profit added to the amount you bought before you can sell and take profit, or do you withdraw immediately?

Buying with little money in a centralised exchange is best to hold there, by the way, since the fee they will charge to withdraw down to your personal wallet will be much higher, while leaving you with the risk of either leaving it there or sacrificing that fee, which sacrificing a fee for withdrawal should only be done with an amount that's large enough.

I would have love to introduce some escrow service providers for you, whereby you can buy directly from someone while they serves as escrow, but they will also demand from you some charges, except for the free ones, it is also important to know the service charge of some of these exchanges, as their fees may differs from each other, try and compare them and go for the least, thirdly, if you know anyone that can make a physical p2p with you and offer btc while you transfer your fiat to such, but this has to be from someone you trust or know.

Off course you can introduce me to the escrow service providers, I'm willing to learn and try new ideas. Just as you have said that they will demand charge's from me and will vary, depending on the different providers. I'll make the options and opt for the best I wish to use. New ideas and knowledge are always welcomed as this is an opportunity to venture into and share in the knowledge that anyone has to offer.

I don't know if what escrow provider he is going to provide but we have a list of escrow here on the forum but most of them are not updated I think I only found one thread updated last year; if you are interested, then you can find them from this link below

Each escrow offers a 1% fee, but a few of them offer free for the first transaction or accept a donation/gift; you can try them.

You can still use the ones you have been using which you have been using but you don't have to keep them in the exchange and once you have buy transfer them to the non custodial wallets.
