You do actually have a point or something which is really that indeed true but we do know that not all government does really love on stirring up those private businesses or companies that really having that kind of giving out that revenue or whatever it would be on what the systems that they are running into. Yes, there might be some regulations or set of rules being imposed but having those overtime work and its compensation would really be that definitely be depending on a certain company. There are companeis which does really impose strict no overtimes and there are ones who do have that overtime pay on which i would say that it isnt really that bad either. Personal for me, I do believe that getting a job is not just about the salary you get paid, but there are some jobs that can help to groom you into getting more experience that can also help you to explore when you want to start your own business or company to become your own boss.

There would have to be conditions to that though. Imagine a small company maybe
with 3 or 4 employees and they all are offered a 4 day week, it could be quite difficult
for everyone to cover the work that wont be done for those 3 or 4 extra days in the week.

As simple as that on which if they dont like or having some issues with their work then they do really just that simply quit or resigned if they are really that thinking that they are slaves.
Its true that they havent been forced to work since they are the ones who do look for job because we do know that being jobless is really that had specially into this world on which economic problems or issues becoming even more worst as years passing by. Serving as an employee is something optional, you were never dragged or forcefully placed in that position to work under someone. In most cases whereby the subject can be slightly related in terms of slavery and an  employee, probably when the boss begins taken advantage of knowing how difficult it will be to get another job but you still have what it takes to quit as soon the environment does not look conducive. All I want to say is that when people tells you how they were able to set up their own company, there is usually more to the story because how much was he going to earn in central bank legitimately before a company can be set down, he has other things to settle while working in the central bank and definitely not all money can be save up and the requirements to setup a micro finance bank is not a child play money, he definitely has funding to make that succeed and of course connection to pass the papers around.

Such thoughts should never interfere with a person's working ethics unless the person is already prepared to leave the work. Like you already said, everyone is not made to be and entrepreneur and I have said it before now that some persons do not even have the goal to become their own boss in life, some persons just want to graduate from the university and get a good paying job to be able to get married, give birth and train their children. That's just the kind of lifestyle some persons want. Also, even if you want to start a business, you will need some funding which could make you get a job to be able to raise the funds you need.
