Removing the Newbies from these figures, the rate at which accounts are banned on the forum is staggeringly slow. You really have to screw up hard to get banned, as scammers (usually) aren't banned. The criteria for censorship here is actually pretty stringent once you learn the rules, just as advertised by theymos since way back when.
No use having endless lists if you aren't going to take any action on those banned users, or, their alts (especially those they have themselves acknowledged are their banned alts).
These lists are little more than spam flooding the forum to boost your post count if you don't have the courage to act on them.
Its not really an "endless list" so much as a collection of ban statistics. But I personally do act on them if they are banned and on DT. Is there ever a scenario in which a banned account should be on DT2? Arguably yes; lets say marlboroza's account gets hacked, posts malware links and then gets banned without adding or editing any feedback. Should they remain on DT? I'd argue yes, since he's probably not coming back either way (and its a shame).
Anyway.
