Update to this topic for the people following and for the people that may be in the same inconvenience in the future:
My withdrawals were unsuspended and I got the full transfer in about 1-2 minutes after I made the withdraw request.
It's a cool casino, not sure why the lack of information from the support team about important matters like withdrawals.

Thanks again to @holydarkness and the other people that gave me suggestions on how to proceed from the get go!
That's awesome, congratulations on getting this resolved and also on your win. Yeah BC's main problem is customer support unfortunately, they should get this fixed asap. Never had any money related issues there so whenever I see cases like yours I am very confident that it will get resolved, if the accuser actually did nothing against the TOS.
