Update for day 4:

I've raised the issue to my contact yesterday, but he told me that he'll be on a leave today, so I think it is rather normal that I will not get any answer from them. I've been trying to reach my other contact too.

If I may suggest, it's perhaps better to wait if I can get something from my contacts, given the live supports you tried gave you the "24 hours loophole"; if you don't mind.

As always and just like other cases, rest assured that I will get to the bottom of it.

And I am still trying to reach my contact and my spare contact. I will give an update once I get their time and attention and we learn about your situation better. Until we get to it, let's not jump too fast to a conclusion that sounded like the verdict of this case is already carved on stone.



Edit: heard back from my contact. Your winning is pending for the provider's investigation and will be released upon greenlight from them. So, just like us, BC is also waiting. Rest assured that it will be released once the investigation is finished and the provider finds nothing wrong with the winning. I'll keep my eyes in your case until it got resolved.

That's awesome, congratulations on getting this resolved and also on your win. Yeah BC's main problem is customer support unfortunately, they should get this fixed asap. Never had any money related issues there so whenever I see cases like yours I am very confident that it will get resolved, if the accuser actually did nothing against the TOS.
