BC Game restricting withdrawals on over 350k USD [RESOLVED]

Hello,

So, I saw that a lot of people are getting their withdrawals suspended on bc.game after they win big (even with 1-2k lol, seriously?).

My case is a bit different tho, I have deposited ~100k (or close to it) in this casino (never tried to withdraw money before the big win) and the moment I won big - withdrawal suspended, shocker.

For the obvious reasons, im going to state the obvious:

• My account is KYC verified (i own few businesses, i know KYC is instant, only in rare cases it requires manual attention and I see that they do this on everyone with withdrawals suspended)
• The win is on slots, which are 3rd party provided, no clue what they could be "checking" more there
• They said wait 24 hours, then I wait 24 hours and then they say wait more and so on and so on
• Their support via emails is totally unresponsive, no point of me even trying there

Im searching for a contact on the forums here, that can escalate my issue to someone actually on the team and not the "support", which unlike other bigger casinos - they're just people that relay information from the actual team.

Im not used for casinos to be taking so long to make a move on a given subject and after seeing a few threads on here, my first thought was that something is going on.

I've waited ~3 days and their support is very inconclusive on why im suspended - they just say wait X amount of time, then you go after that time and they tell you wait more. I have my own crypto business and we resolve everything in 24 hours and I know how KYC works (it's either instant or requires special attention in RARE cases), so that's why im even more suspicious you could say.

Anyways, hopefully this all goes well, it would be good for their image.

Normally we see small amount complaints (except 1 time, which got resolved) but back to back huge amounts is something new. I wonder how did both of you found this forum and decided to post here? I mean for seeking help there are honestly better ways.

Anyway, if you want to build a case here it's also good to post screens of the communication between you and BC, just saying. Good luck!

Same issue with me, they suspended withrawals when I won. I did Advanced KYC but I still cannot withraw my 228k USD

jsut to be clear, I am not saying that you are lying but it is better to include evidence that can support your claims, it would also help people reading your post easily understand the context of your complaint.

Sorry about this. If they are unresponsive on the forum, there are other forums where they also do advertise, you can take advantage of those other gambling forums and make your complaints. If you spread it enough you will have at least one of them respond to you.

I guess we randomly found eachother, I googled "bc game withdrawal suspended" and I got to the bitcointalk forums, where I saw A LOT of threads, so I decided to give it a go, so I get attention at last.

Side note: my crypto is as pure as it gets, I can also provide AMLBot analysis as proof, if someone is interested. (if this is a common thing, idk)

Unfortunately, be ready for a long delay. BC.game can take months with a case of your amount. I've posted earlier how they lost there license in a Curacao and the UK (pulled just before taken away). I'm unsure if BC.game was right or wrong in the Curacao case where the court stated they were bankrupt although not insolvent. Curacao is corrupt.

Some days ago Holy posted that was in the hospital and took care of some medical stuff. So I guess it's fair to assume that it might take a bit longer. Easy to imagine that he has other things on his mind.

One of the reason why account were being suspended and got investigated when they win big and not before is because the investigation were needed following the big win to ensure fairness. As always, if you did nothing wrong and win fairly, there is nothing to be worried about. They'll release your fund after investigation [that's probably requested by their provider]
