I have provided them via Twitter, via DM to Binance Support, to CZ (CZ never responded obviously) but Binance Support stopped responding to me when I sent them the case number

I have done everything humanly possible, and this case has truly tormented me completely. I also gave all the evidence to the prosecution, obviously receiving a positive - negative, I would say, because it is not a registered company.

Having the money in Binance to do arbitrage has cost me more than what I lost. Right now I'm going to therapy because of the level of anxiety I have.
I don't want anyone to ever have this problem!!!


One of the ways I found viable is to ask for support from the community, but it is impossible to do anything against a CEX whose headquarters are outside your country.

I'm not seeing your reply to their comment. They didn't ask you to DM them. They're asking your case number.

It's indeed better to use local exchange. It's almost impossible to make global exchanges that aren't even locally registered accountable.

Anyway, start to move on. Expect the worst. But don't stop making efforts. You can send a follow-up email, make a call, and whatnot every now and then. Not all hope is lost. Exchanges, their support, are probably busy all the time. They're probably bombarded with complaints 24/7. That's why things take time. Many are waiting for months before their concerns are finally addressed. Yours is, what, 2 weeks old?

Provided your case doesn't really involve violations, Binance will hopefully address it. Also, I don't know if asking for Binance's help while accusing it of stealing your funds, being a scam, telling others not to trust it, and so on is a wise idea.

I never used Binance to receive money from a third party, it always came out of my cold wallet. Also, the only thing I did the day before was make a tweet about CZ's price manipulation in a bull run, where everyone published. The next day I was blocked, but seriously, if it was because of that, it is a violation of their T&C.

Personally, I just want to understand the account was blocked. Could it be they decided to freeze your account pending investigations? Sometimes this happens if there is a court order by someone to Binance to block a certain account because the money trail leads to the addresses linked to the account.

My clients also tried to deposit funds, but their transactions were rejected

Thank you for pointing this out, Rikafip. Indeed, something doesn't add up. Maybe OP is not telling us the whole story, and it gets harder to know what could have triggered them to block his account and maybe find possible solutions.

Wait a minute. So you tweet about CZ's price manipulation and then the next day they tranced your Binance account and blocked it because you said something about the big man? Do you think this is possible, or you are just thinking out loud?

Lol, i believe this is just a crazy coincidence and your account could not have been blocked because of that. So many people tweet and write things against binance everyday, and many of these people have accounts on binance, there is no way the exchange will begin to go after people who tweet things that they do not like, you even wonder how many of such tweets come to their notice.

As I told you before, I did nothing wrong, all transactions go through my cold wallet, I try not to receive money from strangers, I use USDT to recharge things from my cold wallet and I also focus on making sure the money is clean, that it does not come from any reported transaction or something, for that there are tracking tools and everything and also this management of bitcoin from miner recharges, so I think they blocked me for making tweets against CZ because coincidentally after I made that tweet they blocked my account and I ask the community to support me, I doubt it but I have nothing to lose by asking



If you can support me with something for my disaster and for trusting thieves like Binance (I doubt you will do it because it was my mistake, to trust centralized platforms)

I put this information in X and the next day they blocked my account, but they say it was due to T&C and the T&C do not require that I cannot speak the truth about any anomaly in the platform's funds, in addition all transactions are reliable, traceable and secure those that entered Binance and at this time I have already seen that I did not violate any terms and conditions

It happens that when they deposit to a blocked account, they effectively accept the transfer and when it is required to return them, because they do not have access to the account, they are blocked and support says that they cannot provide me with a refund service.

I felt like vomiting when I saw that they don't want to give me my money back. The prosecutor's office in the country where I am told that they will take action on the matter, but since it is an external company, they won't be able to do much.

It sucks that you had to learn it hard way not to use exchange as a sort of a bank, and not even one of the most reputable ones like Binance.
When one of them decide to fuck you, there's very little that an average person like you or me can do about it.
