[ANN] SGMiner 4.1.271 for Win32 Binary Download

I always have a hell of a time finding good binaries for SGMiner for Windows, so I decided I'd compile my own.  Since other folks may be having a hard time, too, I've started a website to house my SGMiner builds:

No warranties or guarantees. :-)  And I'm not interested in stealing your coins, hijacking your miners, or any other nefarious activities. I'm not smart enough to rewrite any of SGMiner to do those things.

I also take requests for Windows builds of other variants of SGMiner.  I cannot guarantee that I can compile them, but I will make an effort to do so.

I was wondering earlier today, if i should trust that site, as it doesn't have much information nor latest release according to sgminer blog.

I've added sph-sgminer 4.1.0 Win32 to my site.  It has TweCoin support.

Only getting 675kh/s radeon 290 on 4.1.271
I get 875Kh/s on 4.0.0 same .bat config
