BETHOG block my account and seized 0.93 BTC without EVIDENCES

BETHOG are scammers. They seized 0.93 BTC. Do not trust bethog. Avoid to play on bethog.

What happened:

I opened account on Bethog at 29 April 2025. I deposited 0.012 BTC received welcome bonus and started playing on Dragon’s Domain slot. I had 3 huge win during the session and won 2.24 BTC.

I received 3 withdrawals from Bethog (0.246569, 0.535 and 0.535 BTC). Another 2 withdrawals 0.535 and 0.39678516 BTC has pending status 4 and 2 days respectively before they blocked my account.

Bethog replied: "Our team has flagged your account for violations of our Terms"

Only after my complaint on askgamblers Bethog replied: "We identified that this player created multiple accounts on BetHog". It's my first and only one account there. I never had another one.

I asked for EVIDENCES and askgamblers asked for evidences but BETHOG didn't send it to me or askgamblers.

This casino Bethog is a scam. They decided 1.31 BTC is enough for me and I'll complains little bit and give up fighting for 0.93 BTC.

Casinos should be required to provide proof of an accusation they make against a player before being able to withhold funds. I will assume they did all their checks before paying out 1.31BTC, all casinos do when paying such a lump sum, how then did they only discover the multiple accounts after. I would not make assumptions but it looks like they may have been looking for a reason not to pay the full amount.

This is usually a painful thing to go through.

If you can, reach out to the team on Telegram. They have a vibrant and growing community on telegram. And the admins there are quick to respond. Send them a message. I don't know if anything will change, but there's no harm in trying. At least I've seen Greg Banham respond to people's questions in the Telegram group.

I hope this gets resolved through some stroke of luck.

You can do this by visiting bethog and scrolling down to the bottom of the site. On the pc version of the site there's a button next to the 18+ sign.
Click there and it will show u the license information and also an option to submit a complaint.

I just checked their ANN thread and i can see there that you have made a complaint about this issue some weeks ago and yet nothing positive has come from it. I will ask @holydarkness if he has a contact at this casino that can help, though i am not sure he does, because the casino is not very popular around here yet.

That said, i can imagine how frustrating it is for you, but on a lighter note, it is good they paid you 1.31BTC before they came up with their accusation without any proof, it would have been worse if they blocked your account without paying you anything. Until the casino proves you had more than one account, it is safe to say they basically decided not to pay you all your winnings, and many casinos do this.

I don't have. TBH, this is the first time I've ever heard about them. I'll wait for OP to try the method suggested by Alphakilo, and if it doesn't work, I'll try to jump in and find a way to help us get to the bottom of this.

BetHog have an Anjouan license, and the Anjouan Licensing Services Inc does not deal with disputes about payouts, blocked accounts, or anything like that.

According to their website, the link in the opening post of their ANN, and what they write themselves in later post, yes, that'll be the TG account. Though I tried to join and found no discussion at all. Alphakilo, if you can perhaps pointing us to this vibrant community?

Bethog has an active signature campaign in the forum and surely their representative occasionally checks their ANN thread for this kind of issue.

Escalating the issue on license provider is the last resort option because once it’s handled by them casino can’t resolve this internally since they are already dealing with the license provider.

Their representative has been inactive for some weeks now and who knows when next they'll be active in the forum. Though like i said earlier, @Bethog is already aware of this case, because he replied directly to OP in the ANN thread where OP first made his complaint.

Bethog used this time to create fake evidence and even more. They probably made fake emails where I allegedly threaten them with DDoS and I asked pay me for removing my complains. Just to make their side in this dispute appear more convincing.

Their reply:
"As noted, we originally identified that this player violated our terms by creating multiple accounts on BetHog in order to repeatedly receive an offer for bonus funds that individuals are only eligible to receive once. Following the duplicate account creation and bonus abuse incident, this player has also repeatedly attempted to extort our team by threatening DDOS attacks and leveraging negative reviews on AskGamblers, among other review sites, to demand that we wire cash to their wallet in exchange for deleting those reviews. This individual has repeatedly demonstrated scamming behavior, and we consider this matter resolved."

Be careful with Bethog's "proofs". Always suspect it's fake and double check it. It's 100% lie.

Sorry, I haven't. Im quite occupied with a tangled case of other casino and a player for the past days [weeks, actually]. But it should now be significantly off my plate as... it's literally out of my control to try to "bridge". I'll join their TG and nudge a representative or two, try to see if they can tell me more. Though I can't promise you much.

So, I finally got a contact with a representative of this casino [shout out to the CM that enables me the means of communication] and reached them, and at the same time noticed that OP's case on AG has been closed about two weeks ago and he also raised a dispute on CG that's also been closed about eleven hours ago [as per when this post was made]




With this, and adhering to both CG and AG's ruling, I think the case is as good as resolved.

Umm... yes, they can't show you the evidence of multi-accounting. The evidence [that's validated by both AG and CG] contain details of their detection algorithm, it's not something casinos will share with players, in concern of further abuse. Hence, mediator.
