We're only still listed in beta because it will take dev work to change the domain, and we've been prioritizing other items (including game development). That being said, we hope to have stripped the beta stage soon. Our site is fully formed and functional for the public now!

I noticed you do kyc because a a point I was able to see where it was stated that if an account is suspicious of transactions, it might get blocked and information of the account holder would be demanded which is a kyc procedure. Although you did not mention anything about KYC on your announcement thread here would you tell us your take on it it seems you do not request for kyc but you demand it if anything suspicious takes place?
Lastly, I had to access your deposit through your customer care which is a bot-run device, but I was not satisfied with what I saw there as I think the BTC withdrawal is on the high side.
We can all see it there for ourselves and to be frank, it is on the high side, maybe you could do a review on the minimum deposit so that gamblers could be free to deposit in your casino and play.
In regards to KYC: we provide basic KYC upon account creation including email verification & legal name/address. What you are referencing in regards to suspicious activity is simply that if that activity takes place (i.e. making duplicate accounts) we reserve the right to block your account and additional KYC would be needed to unblock the account. I assure you this is not a process that we've had to encounter too often! As far as deposit minimum, that amount Bitcoin is in relation to gas fee required by our payment processor - though you are absolutely right that we hope to be able to lower it in the future. The one that attracts me for the first time is the VIP transfer program but I have a question about it.
I have a VIP account in other casino with more than $5M wager statistic, and based on your VIP transfer page, the bonus will be given is $5000 after meeting the wagering requirement (almost $1.4M).

I am surprised that the term “rakeback” is used because I have only seen it in poker rooms, not for casino games, where “cashback” is usually used. Rake is the amount that the casino takes as fee from the center pot of a table, but it is not used to say that such game has HE as fee.
The current offer uses the term "rakeback" because it's calculated based on the expected return for the casino on the wagers you are placing. That way everyone gets a bonus - whether your luck has been good or bad!

When I saw the announcement thread, I noticed that it is well designed and I was not surprised to see the beatification of the announcement thread because I know that it is the manager you choose is directing you what to do in the forum. And the site too is good and easy to register.
And it ai good to ask the basic KYC of personal information at the onset so that nobody will complain that it was not asked when I registered.

Welcome to the forum guys, I just visited the casino and I am very impressed with all that I've seen, even though the site is still in its beta mode, every works well.
I usually pay special attention to how a site I am visiting for the first loads, and for this casino, it was amazing how fast it loaded on device.
And I also love the animalistic characters and design, this gave the casino a special and unique appearance, kudos to the devs for such a wonderful piece.

Just verified my email address to confirm and I was also asked to pass basic KYC. For a native crypto casino, there is some expectation of privacy which is expected and users will like to maintain that until they act suspiciously.

How does the 30% rakeback works? Is It based in our wager or is It based in our loss?
From what I understand the rakeback is based on the wager and 30% is really big, getting $30 from each $100 wagered sounds as a great de al, but I doubt It works that way, that's why I would like to know how does it works.

Never spare that much time to visit this new casino but I must say this casino looks very different from their out topic here.
