TikTok crypto trader freed after kidnappers realized he’s broke

It's so annoying something when you watch social media and you see a bunch of persons claiming to be expert traders in all levels and also asking people to join their service classes for fixed amount of cash which is really absurd seeing the kind of figures and numbers they claim they make on trading

They can be a mixed of people with actual knowledge on trading and then those that are only paid to promote but the number of this one must be more than the other. This is what the internet can do where the information are scattered almost everywhere but indeed this also annoys me, so I decided to just close my social media accounts for a while.

Even though we are annoyed to the people like is featured here, we are still happy that he is alive and the kidnappers aren't also annoyed for what happened but there are also kidnappers that still kill their victims despite fulfilling their needs already. The lesson must be for them and not for the others to avoid trading.

I have studied and learnt that the internet is a wild place, people are raising fake living standards, we have to be careful these days, not everyone is who they claim to be, some are worse than what they show publicly.

Well i wouldn't say all traders are broke, while there are those who only pretend to be rich online, only to make an impression and keep their audience engaged, there are also those that are actually rich and still don't show off. But this story shows us that not everything we see online is actually as it seems, people lie online just to create some kind of traffic on their social media pages and generate some revenues from the engagements, and believing everything they say online would actually be at your own risk.

But to bad for that influencer what he attract is criminal who try to stole his money. His still lucky that those criminals just freed him without doing any harm since if it happens that the criminal is hardcore and try to cause bad thing out of frustration maybe he'd be in total danger in that situation.

That's why its better not to flex unrealistic wealth since maybe they also experience what that tiktoker experienced.

Bullshit. Most of those online crypto gurus are just scam artists and shit peddlers. Pretending to be rich, renting a lambo and some penthouse to look rich, and then they sell their "magic" course for like $7.99 a month.
That's complete crap. If they were any good, even moderately decent, they can get $10 per hour trading. But they don't. So they sell the illusion. And once you pay their course, there's 101 different reasons what you did wrong and why it's not working for you.

Lolz. Don't I know that! Let's just say that he got served what he was cooking, only he didn't expect that he'd have to admit he's a fraud to kidnappers. I'm not in any way in support of kidnapping but this incidence should teach other fakes that go online and become what they're not just cause they want to get views and subscription.

On a more serious note though, I think this issue of kidnapping and insecurity matter should be properly looked into because the less attention that is given to this problem, the more emboldened these kidnappers would become and so far, it's cryptocurrency owners that are the target. Is it that those who own crypto can't receive as much security as those who own fiat?

Privacy is really stressed when you are into crypto space and the reason why it is stressed is because of your privacy and security and I think this was the reason why the creator of bitcoin keeps himself private and out of media , so nobody can attempt to attack him or stop him as we can see from his experience when he first created bitcoin , he was attacked by the US government and the couldn’t find him and that was how bitcoin was able to get to where it was today.

I'll agree with the fact that privacy is something that ever class of Human beings are supposed to protect. Weather rich or poor I still find it something that is wrong to display your life style on the social media, but that's not what we have today. There's a guy in my country called mega whos a supposed trader and millionaire and just few weeks back he was spotted in so many local places living a trench life. So we just shouldn't believe what ever we see on the internet as most people enjoy fake lives.

But as for traders being broke, that I don't agree with. Some may have little knowledge and monetize them using mentorship classes but we have a lot of rich traders out there who have attained the fullest height of financial freedom from the market...

Recently people now about into the fame they make a promotions about crypto such as in different projects, tokens, airdrops and investment and because they want to become an influence to gain the trust of the people for sure they will flex some of their achievements and they don't care at all with the risk of themselves because the fame and attention they got, now he's already expose possible their followers will now lose their trust with this guy. Personally I think that trading is like a waste of time, I feel it is better to work to get a fixed income, while the money from work is used to invest or do DCA on Bitcoin. I see traders doing a lot of monitoring, so I think they are wasting time, and this is very different compared to Investors who only hold and enjoy the results later, and investors have a lot of time that can be used to be productive.

On the other hand, I have a friend who used to be a trader, but in the end he only became an affiliate of a broker and left his job as a trader. So that made me think that being a trader is not easy, and it seems to take a lot of time to do analysis, so I concluded that being an investor is better and easier than being a trader, this is just my assumption and I could be wrong.

This is just your opinion as you said but many people that are into trading may not be profitable but the few that are profitable are really making it worth it of their time spent learning to become a better trader. The difference between an investor and a trader is that the investor is susceptible to less risk and the trader is more expose to risk. While investing may take time to earn big, trading doesn’t take that much time when you’ve become a genius at it.

If I have an offer to also become an affiliate to another broker, I will gladly leave trading and focus more there because it has no risk like trading and one can get to earn by just referring people to the broker using their affiliate link or an invitation code. Maybe this particular person was trying to fake it until he made it but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. I'm surprised to see France again in the new news for this same type of ugly incidents. The kidnappers I would say are you mean because if it were in some other countries he would have been killed for being broke.

It is not all traders that are profitable. Some of them who you see on the internet who have crypto trader in their bio are riding on past glory. What they do now, is try to sell courses to newbies  and ask them to join their signal class for a subscription fee.

This means that crypto influencing isn't safe either, I bet this person isn't online to shill his coin or portfolio, I don't see anything wrong in trading and teaching people online but he became a target of these bad people.

Two things could have happened, getting killed for not having a dime, or part of his body cut off for wasting their time on him, he is safe by been broke and you are saying traders are broke? Many of them are already liquidated in billions of dollars, this is the risk that traders faces all the time.

There is also a possibility that the trader is just starting the journey, instead of doing it in his bedroom he decided to bring it to the public, many people are living fake lives today, which is why it's bad to believe everything you see online.
