A lot has changed since the last time that I tried using your platform ^{[great additions]}, but I still think there's some room for improvement:

• Absence of max limits or even a warning for receiving amounts beyond the max supply of cryptocurrencies ^{[e.g. for Bitcoin]}.
  ^{- BTW, I think it'd be better to move the refund address field from the optional settings window into the main exchange window.}
• The chat with us button on the support center page doesn't seem to work.
• If the current reviews also include those from other platforms, you should consider adding their links as well.
• An option to switch between light & dark modes would be nice.

We’ll definitely take all your suggestions into account. Just a few clarifications:

The support chat is live and available 24/7 — if the button didn’t work for you, that may have been a temporary glitch, and we’ll look into it.

Minimum and maximum limits are shown automatically once you enter an amount that exceeds the allowed range — but we agree that clearer upfront guidance could improve the user experience.

Moving the refund address field to the main exchange window is a great idea, and we’ll consider implementing that in an upcoming update.

We also like the suggestion about light/dark mode switching.

And yes, linking to reviews from other platforms is a helpful addition we’ll explore as well.

You are absolutely right, at that time we were developing the addition of reviews from different sources and those posts that drew attention were written by AI and have already been removed and replaced by original reviews from different sites!

I appreciate that you guys decided to remove the feedback in questions. Now that made me wonder if PegasusSwap can remove the negative feedback as well. If a platform can remove the feedback from their Trustpilot page, I don't think that is fair. If I understand correctly, you probably reported them to Trustpilot, and they removed the feedback, right? I wonder why those AI-written feedbacks would be posted on your Trustpilot page if they were not hired by PegasusSwap itself? Do you think it is an attempt by your competitors? I don't think so. You should not pay people to leave positive feedback on your Trustpilot page. This is unethical and if people notice that, they would ignore your platform. Just my opinion.

They claim that they have already removed the fake reviews and replaced them with original ones. However,, what I found on their platform now shows that they are still continuing to create such fake reviews... Just take a look at the attached image and check out these two reviews:

I don't know if they had a different domain and if they have been operating for a long time. I didn't check their domains' WHOIS data as well, so I am not sure how long they have been doing this business. But if we take a look at the reviews, it seems something is fishy. I wonder why a genuine business would need to buy these fake reviews?

This may indicate that they are trying to deceive the public into thinking that they are dealing with a legitimate entity because of these fake positive reviews. If they were truly legitimate, why would they resort to writing such fake reviews? I am truly astonished by this unprofessional and unethical behavior.

You didn't understand well. They meant that they removed the fake reviews on their own platform, not on Trustpilot. Take a look at my previous post here > #3.

They also said that they deleted the fake reviews, but I mentioned that they lied about that, as the reviews appear to be fake.

All reviews on our Trustpilot page are written by real users of the platform, and we welcome all honest opinions — even critical ones. As for the removal of any feedback, we do not have control over what Trustpilot decides to remove. If a review is flagged — for example, if it's suspected to be spam, contains false information, or violates Trustpilot's guidelines — Trustpilot investigates and makes the final decision independently. During this redesign, we completely rebuilt the website and deliberately removed JavaScript to make it faster, more lightweight, and privacy-friendly.

However, during this large-scale update, some outdated content — including older reviews from previous versions of the site — was unintentionally carried over. We’ve since begun the process of manually reviewing and removing anything that doesn’t meet our standards. This includes reviews that may have been mistakenly left behind or that appear inauthentic. It's an ongoing effort, and we’re committed to cleaning that section up entirely.

As for what makes PegasusSwap special — we understand your skepticism. The crypto space is filled with exchanges making bold claims. But we believe our approach speaks for itself:

Were the old reviews from real users or were they manually added by your team?? To be honest, the reviews I saw didn’t appear to be from actual customers..

Thank you for removing these fake reviews. I hope that you leave this section to customers without your moderation, or better yet, consider removing it entirely from your site and relying on third-party platforms like Trustpilot, where the reviews are not under your control.

Thank you for removing these fake reviews. I hope that you leave this section to customers without your moderation, or better yet, consider removing it entirely from your site and relying on third-party platforms like Trustpilot, where the reviews are not under your control.

Also, my advice to you is not to rely on AI content in your communications, as this is not better than the human touch. 

I have been in contact with the PegasusSwap team for a while. As far as I understand, they are operating a serious business, and they are not just another exchange on the market. As for the reviews, I don't know how they added those reviews to the home page. I assume they collected them from their social media comments, or probably the users posted them on their website (I am not sure if there is a way for users to submit their reviews).

As for using AI for communication, I would also suggest not taking any kind of help from AI. But I see platforms use AI to correct their grammatical mistakes and improve their communication further.
