Did everyone who wrote their reviews agree on the 5-minute time frame for exchanging their assets and on their support experience? And did they all post them on November 6th? These reviews don't seem to have been written by real customers; they are most likely a marketing attempt from the exchange team. If they decide to move these reviews to Trustpilot, any fake positive reviews, like the ones I shared, could significantly damage their credibility. My comment is not an attack on what they offer, but this caught my attention, and I wanted to highlight it. What’s the real reason behind this?

Obviously fake; if they are going to fake it, it better make it look good to avoid being questioned, This is one of the reason why on-page feedback is not good when it comes to platform that relate to finances, like exchange, they make it so unrealistic and compelling and with this one, they are in a hurry to create it without proper configuration of the time frame.

They claim they will provide the clients with the anonymity, but then will share the information with the authorities at any time if requested.

There are certain keywords that should not be in your announcement thread as the can give readers a negative impression.

Hi, I just wanted to add that today they have been removed from OrangeFren (an exchange aggregator) because they were providing a different rate to OF to rank higher in the list of exchanges.

Here you can see the archived pages showing a difference of more than 25% from the real rate to the advertised rate:

I don't know what device you are using, but the UI looks completely different on my side. Probably because of the device difference, or PegasusSwap has improved its UI. I am actually surprised to see that such an exchange has not gotten enough attention in this forum yet, even though the service they provide is awesome.

Anyway, I tried the same pair, but I did not get any errors like you. So, I assume it was an internet issue or a temporary glitch that caused the error. Seems like it's working fine.

A lot has changed since the last time that I tried using your platform ^{[great additions]}, but I still think there's some room for improvement:

• Absence of max limits or even a warning for receiving amounts beyond the max supply of cryptocurrencies ^{[e.g. for Bitcoin]}.
  ^{- BTW, I think it'd be better to move the refund address field from the optional settings window into the main exchange window.}
• The chat with us button on the support center page doesn't seem to work.
• If the current reviews also include those from other platforms, you should consider adding their links as well.
• An option to switch between light & dark modes would be nice.
