Welcome to Bitcoin Forum. You have known about the forum since 2017 but you have not come to this forum, it is a big failure for you. If you had come to this forum in 2017 and if you had been working regularly on this forum since then, you could have achieved a much better position today, however, you are not lucky because of which you could not come at the right time.

But since you have come to know about this forum now, I would say know about this forum very well. If you know about this forum very well and can achieve a very good position, then you can achieve something good from this forum. Here many people have shown you links, you can remember them, if you can remember them well, then it will be much easier for you to understand this forum.

Newbies or beginners often come here, asking questions they could have found in this forum. Unfortunately, most of them just come and leave without continuing their journey. I hope you don't be like that.

My advice is that you should learn more about the topics discussed in this forum, cultivate your curiosity, and read more. This will help you develop yourself, and this applies to everything you learn. And one more tip, you should get into the habit of researching what you want to know first, so you don't come across as lazy. This also helps you avoid thinking about shortcuts, which I believeit is a bad mentality. So, follow my advice and try some of the suggestions shared by others, so I am sure you'll be able to make it happen.

No one can change another person's mindset without the person making an effort to change. More senior users are only able to help direct, criticize (if there are errors) and guide with all the resources they have so that beginners can develop, but the decision is absolutely in the hands of the beginners themselves.
This forum is not just for certain people, anyone can learn all the knowledge spread here (as long as you have the desire to learn). You just need to take some time out of your busy schedule to read all the topics posted in previous comments to change your own mindset.

You are welcome to the forum. It is not really hard to learn things here in this forum, but that is only when you follow the rules and regulations of the forum. So, the best thing for you to do now is to go through the links my fellow forum members have provided for you.another thing that can help you learn more easily is to concentrate on the particular topic that brought you here. For example, if you are here to learn about investing, your first focus should be on investment  like learning how to provide proper security for your Bitcoin investment and other things related to Bitcoin investment.

As for the ranking system, even the guidelin have been provided in links and if you go through it , you will understand it better. But my advice for you is this don’t be too eager to rank up your account just to get place in signature campaign. The eagerness is what has led many new members to commit plagiarism or make use of AI which has resulted in account bans or tagging.

The forum might look a bit messy but once you know how to navigate around and which things to ignore, you will be able to find your way comfortably. There are also tools like the Bitcointalk notifier bot that help a lot in following replies and merits sent to you.

Do not worry about your rank, just post naturally and your rank will go up as people take notice of your quality posts over time. Be sure to read the pinned topics on each board before you post, though!

You joined the forum today, and you already created a thread today already, instead of creating thread, why don’t you make use of the time to go through the forum to check the forum out. I dont think there is anything anyone needs to tell you about the rules, the rules is already self explanatory, and I don’t think anyone will have to start explaining anything to you again.

Since you are here to contribute to the forum, then why in a hurry to know about how the merit system works? You created account today, and you already asking about how the merit system works, then I will say you are not here to make any meaningful contribution, because you haven’t contributed anything yet, and you already asking about the merit system.

Stable090 I think you are a bit too harsh on this user, for a person who only joined the forum newly I think a warm welcome would be better. Newbies always want to start posting almost immediately to due to some reasons, Ignorance being part of it but newbies are known to always make announcement for attention, some probably to earn merit but most of them are just not aware of how things should be done. Failing to properly ask whoever introduce them here on how things are done is the mistake they keep making but I think we should tolerate them more.

My advice for him is to prioritize learning than upgrading the ranks.
