If Satoshi had to reveal himself, it would have been way back in 2015 to 2017. Now bitcoins are worth more than $0.1M which in itself is a huge achievement. He will never reveal himself in this situation even if we 10x from now and reach $1M per bitcoin. He is always going to stay hidden no matter what happens.

No matter what happens, we may not know what the future holds yet. But one thing I’m certain about Satoshi is that, he won’t want to bring about anything that will cause harm to the whole of bitcoin technology. I just feel he’s somewhere now seeing everything and still part of the system. He may have a known wallet hodling millions of bitcoin but I still feel he has more to that he’s currently spending with. You can’t make such a great technology and not get to spend and benefit from it. He’s better off hidden and if it’s about fame, he’s more than popular than he can ever imagine. But come to think about it, is he going to sell everything in one sitting knowing that it will affect the market that he created in a bad way? So for me, he might have thought of that already and so he won't surface any time soon.

We have so much speculation about it that at every cycle we had this questions. But then nothing really happens, or we wish he really could just appear but not sell his Bitcoin. But maybe he already knows that his Bitcoin is in good hands that why we are not going to appear.

He is the creator of bitcoins and why will he ruin the future just by revealing himself. Even if he does come forward, we will never know the exact number of bitcoins he is holding as he will never let anyone know about it. Creator of bitcoins is one of the smartest minds ever and he will never do such a foolish thing to reveal himself just to gain some fame. Bitcoins are meant to be decentralized and were originally programmed in such a way.

You need to know that just because Satoshi owns 5% of the bitcoin supply does not mean he owns or can modify the bitcoin network. Because bitcoin is decentralized as it is Blockchain protocol and globally distributed network instead of centralized. So him or anyone owning more bitcoins will not change its anonymity and decentralization. So no one will lose faith in bitcoin just because Satoshi appears or someone holds the majority of the bitcoin supply.

Like ETFs holding nearly 1.25 million BTC or centralized exchanges holding over 4% of the bitcoin supply. Does that make the Bitcoin network more centralized? No, Bitcoin is still a decentralized network.

Satoshi holding a majority of bitcoins would only raise concerns about market liquidity. The market could see a serious dump if he decides to sell all of his bitcoins, but it won't affect the decentralization of bitcoin.

Satoshi does not mean anything today if we have his appearance, it can't render the market bullish or bearish, because not him exactly do people want, but the solution to the world financial problem which has been given with bitcoin, every one of us will have to leave by what we want, some already knows about bitcoin and are using it on a daily basis, while some are yet to started despite being aware of it.

But appearance of Satoshi changes nothing, because there will always be a demands for it as before, if we can have this far without seeing him and yet the adoption increases, we should expect that things get more better if we see him, but it could be of high risk on his own side, making it merely impossible to see him .

I would rather not take a side here because it can be misleading. The market is funnier than we think, it would depend on many situation at that time, and the market sentiment will eventually prevail. If Satoshi shows himself in 2022 ending/beginning of 2023 when ETF hope and discussion were hot, I am sure that the market will rise even faster. But when he shows himself when the US just dropped a powerful anti-crypto remark, his presence may mean nothing.

You are right in your explanation about the blessings and curse that Satoshi's presence may attract but i want to point in the area where you said that people will have a rethink about bitcoins decentralized nature since it will now look like Satoshi will become a central authority by which people can reach out to him easily but you need to know that even in the absence of Satoshi, bitcoin is already moving away from decentralization due to regulatory policies that many countries are placing on the digital currency. It is true that his appearance can also cause instability but however bitcoin is never a stable coin so it is prone to instability from time to time. However, i don't think that Satoshi's return will shift the uniqueness of bitcoin except in a case where he tries to cause some controversy by selling his bitcoin.

I believe that Satoshi is not just a single entity but group of developers which i don't see any external body being a part of the group except Satoshi admits such person, so Satoshi is already a cult. But do you really think that Satoshi will be so insensitive to sell his bitcoins if he is known? i don't think so because people who will be affected greatly by the dump can even go as far as looking for him and possibly harm him with the agenda that he deceived them into investing in a scam project. With how far bitcoin has gone, even if Satoshi had the intentions of scamming people, believe me they must have aborted that plan because they are already rich and famous. Many persons have benefited from the creation of bitcoin especially the miners and the developers and a stronger network has already been built around the blockchain technology so if Satoshi becomes known, it will only cause tension and excitement within a period of time.

Even in that case, like even if he did that, it would not be irrecoverable, because we could see him selling a million bitcoins, which would crash the market, but then we will slowly recover. That's the reason why I am in bitcoin because even satoshi himself can't ruin it. While I also think that we are not going to see it be that bad, satoshi won't show up, and we are going to be fine, but knowing that even if that were to happen, we would be fine, is the reason why I am here.

People think that it would never recover and go bankrupt or something, but it won't be zero and we will see something low for just a while and then we will do a lot better, so there won't be anything to worry about and we should be doing nothing about it.
