What happened:  
I am writing to report a serious issue with Gambi Casino, which I believe has scammed me out of a large amount of money. 
I have been unable to reach their representatives or resolve the matter directly.

Here are the full details:

The total amount of my deposits with Gambi Casino was 18,389.07 USDT
The total amount of successful withdrawals before the incident was 6,400 USDT.

On September 19, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 9,400 USDT
The withdrawal was rejected without any explanation. I immediately contacted the live chat support, but as soon as I described my issue, the chat was closed, and I could not reconnect. I also sent several emails to their support address, but they completely ignored me.

On September 22, 2025, I managed to contact live chat again. The representative told me that their “investigations team” had allegedly found some kind of fraudulent activity on my account. 
I have no idea what they meant by that - I only placed regular bets on top matches and top teams, never violating any rules.

After that, the casino returned only 2,100 USDT to my balance. 
However, these funds could not be used for betting or withdrawn unless I met a wagering requirement of x1.

Then, on September 25, 2025 after 21:00, without my knowledge or consent, the entire balance of 2,100 USDT was gambled through the casino and withdrawn to an unknown crypto wallet
At the same time, my account email was changed and 2FA authentication was enabled by someone else. 
I discovered this only on September 26, 2025 at 15:30, when I logged into my account and saw that my funds were gone.

On September 26, 2025, I submitted a formal complaint to the Anjouan Licensing Authority, which regulates Gambi Casino. 
However, as of today, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my complaint.

I also tried to file a complaint through the Casino Guru dispute resolution platform, but they declined it because they do not handle issues related to sports betting. 
Additionally, I could not find Gambi Casino listed on AskGamblers, which made it impossible to submit my case there as well.

I have attached screenshots and chat transcripts as proof.

To summarize: 
– The casino confiscated my winnings and part of my deposits
– They blocked my withdrawal requests without any valid reason. 
– They stole the remaining 2,100 USDT from my account and changed my login details (email and 2FA). 
– I filed a complaint with their licensor on September 26, but there has been no reply
– I attempted to contact Casino Guru and AskGamblers, but neither was able to assist.

At this point, I have lost a total of 11,407 USDT and have been completely ignored by Gambi’s support and the licensing authority. 
This is clear evidence of fraudulent behavior.

I am requesting help from the community to raise awareness about this scam and to reach the Anjouan Licensing Authority, which regulates Gambi Casino.

This is the first time I have heard of such casino; are they new? They don't even have an official announcement thread here in the forum and with that, no official representative to get in touch. How long have you been playing on that site?

Also, you said that the balance left in your account was gambled, withdrawn, and even had your email and 2FA authentication changed, is it possible you got hacked? At least maybe your account in that casino? Almost 12k USDT is big amount, I hope this gets resolved.

They have a very low safety index on casino guru and the most common complaint is withholding user funds with no proper resolution.

With the casino not having an active thread or representative here there is not much we can do. This thread can serve as an info thread/warning thread for users not to play on the site, so that is at least something.

Hi there, as far as I know they launched quite recently and I decided to give them a try. I registered on their platform around the beginning of August and of course while I was losing money there everything was perfectly fine. I even made several withdrawals totaling around $6,400 which by the way were approved extremely fast (within 10-15 minutes). That’s actually what made me trust them at first Smiley But as soon as some of my bets started to win, problems immediately began to appear. The funniest (or rather most absurd) part is that they claim I changed my email and password. Also, the remaining balance they supposedly “returned” to me was wagered through the casino section without my knowledge, and I don’t even play casino games. I’m in a clear state of mind and fully aware of what I’m doing, and I’m 99% sure this was done by someone inside that cursed casino. I honestly have no idea how it’s even possible to change both the email and password without my participation, but apparently for them it’s not a problem. They didn’t even seem bothered by the fact that the login likely came from a completely different IP address and device, which in any normal casino would be an immediate red flag.

As yahoo62278 already wrote, unless they have any active announcement thread on our forum, we can't even leave negative feedback. But definitely this thread would help other users who are thinking of gambling on this platform. I never heard about this gambling site and never noticed any active announcement thread as well. So we are really sorry for your loss; we are hopeless at this point. We can't call them if there isn't any representative there; otherwise, we are unable to take any action against them.

However, you shouldn't give up at all. Since they don't have any active threads here, I believe they are active on their social media. You may try to reach them on social media; write your problem there. Even if it's public, they might care due to it possibly hurting their reputation. But I don't have faith they will refund your funds, because from your thread I just realised they are scammers.

Hi, you’re absolutely right. I tried to submit a complaint on the Casino Guru forum, but it was rejected because they don’t handle issues related to sports betting. That’s why I immediately contacted the licensing authority, but they’re just ignoring me. It seems like they’re just a front and won’t take any real action against the casino.

It's good that you made a complaint/scam accusation here, regardless of whether they are present or not. Trust me, this will help potential clients in future to decide whether to use the casino or not. You may think it's something small, but you have no idea how many people you might save from losing any funds with them.
