What happened: I am writing to report a serious issue with
Gambi Casino, which I believe has scammed me out of a large amount of money.
I have been unable to reach their representatives or resolve the matter directly.
Here are the full details:
The total amount of my deposits with Gambi Casino was
18,389.07 USDT.
The total amount of successful withdrawals before the incident was
6,400 USDT.
On
September 19, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of
9,400 USDT.
The withdrawal was rejected without any explanation. I immediately contacted the live chat support, but as soon as I described my issue, the chat was closed, and I could not reconnect. I also sent several emails to their support address, but they completely ignored me.
On
September 22, 2025, I managed to contact live chat again. The representative told me that their “investigations team” had allegedly found some kind of fraudulent activity on my account.
I have no idea what they meant by that - I only placed regular bets on top matches and top teams, never violating any rules.
After that, the casino returned only
2,100 USDT to my balance.
However, these funds could not be used for betting or withdrawn unless I met a
wagering requirement of x1.
Then, on
September 25, 2025 after 21:00, without my knowledge or consent, the entire balance of
2,100 USDT was gambled through the casino and withdrawn to an
unknown crypto wallet.
At the same time, my account email was changed and
2FA authentication was enabled by someone else.
I discovered this only on
September 26, 2025 at 15:30, when I logged into my account and saw that my funds were gone.
On
September 26, 2025, I submitted a formal complaint to the
Anjouan Licensing Authority, which regulates Gambi Casino.
However, as of today,
I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my complaint.
I also tried to file a complaint through the
Casino Guru dispute resolution platform, but they declined it because they do not handle issues related to sports betting.
Additionally, I could not find Gambi Casino listed on
AskGamblers, which made it impossible to submit my case there as well.
I have attached screenshots and chat transcripts as proof.
To summarize:
– The casino
confiscated my winnings and part of my deposits.
– They
blocked my withdrawal requests without any valid reason.
– They
stole the remaining 2,100 USDT from my account and changed my login details (email and 2FA).
– I
filed a complaint with their licensor on September 26, but there has been
no reply.
– I
attempted to contact Casino Guru and AskGamblers, but neither was able to assist.
At this point, I have lost a total of
11,407 USDT and have been completely ignored by Gambi’s support and the licensing authority.
This is clear evidence of fraudulent behavior.
I am requesting help from the community to raise awareness about this scam and to reach the
Anjouan Licensing Authority, which regulates Gambi Casino.
