I guess it’s just one order that has been processes so far? You will definitely need to practice more patience on this one until all of them get worked on.

Ok, OP, I'll level with you that I have a separate page on my notebook tracking your own deposits and withdrawals and their details. Umm... I've raised every other thing to my contact yesterday and... umm... mind to check again and update us which order ID is which? So I can also update my contact which ticket should be chased and which ticket should be ignored as they're already processed.

Let's just wait for 72 hours as per my contact's instruction, if you don't mind, and see if it comes through like your other transaction, before proceeding to send me details for that TX. Hopefully, we don't have to comb through it too.
