First of all I want to thank this forum especially @holydarkness for helping me out with my last post and getting my issue resolved.
I am posting here again but at the same time I'm not accusing bc game of any scam but yeah the support is in deep slumbers.

Please help me out with all these orders it's huge . I have been contacting BC game support from many days but it's not solving my issue and delay is way more than expected.

Please I request that it's all taken care off asap and if there is any server issue with BC game they should notify the same to the customers/ users.

Once again, another case with fiat deposit and withdrawal stuck, and no help from the support. Another new case for holydarkness. I think I saw your previous case where holydarkness politely asked you not to make any more deposits while he was talking to BC game regarding your previous two deposits. I don't understand why you keep making deposits while the previous ones are still unresolved. You are creating more problems for yourself.

This is the reason I keep suggesting people not to use fiat to deposit at crypto casinos. They use third-party merchants, and the process is manual. If the casino support couldn't help you or does not care about your deposits, what could you do? Only holydarkness can be your saviour here.

I don't remember him saying that but my other issue was completely solved and it's like sometimes they add the balance and sometimes they take ages. But I will take it as a lesson from now on no deposits till the issue is resolved. And the bad thing is my withdrawal also got stuck today . It's a new one . Im again in the loop now

Yeah, Holy didn't actually say anything like that. What I don't understand though, you know there are plenty of issues with fiat transactions on this site, aaaand the support is terrible. So why oh why do you still play there and think you would see a different result? Doesn't make any sense. And yeah, I might sound like a broken record, but BC is such a bad site, I still don't get why people still use it.  You like bonuses being cut and higher house edge (whopping 4% while 1% is industry standard for 50% win chance games) compared to other sites? If so then ok, BC is the place to play at.

So much headache for these INR UPI deposits, i think stake also offer them but i think i havent seen any complaints about them not crediting deposits or withdraws

BC used to be big few years back when i played, after that they have only gone downhill and its no surprise their support doesnt even bother to reply, they are underpaid laborers working just to close tickets.

Unfortunate that you need to need help from this forum everytime for something as simple as a deposit, but please stop using bcgame as its too much headache for you and poor @holydarkness

From last 2 weeks it's been worst otherwise it wouldn't take more than 24 hours to get things resolved but last 2 and half week been really hard

OP, please don't use INR anymore which is not because of issue with BC game but the new law from our government gave access to the bank to block any transfer related to gambling so if they suspect you of involved with gambling funds then they many block your whole account. Just be patient because I see some other unresolved cases too with hold is dealing them to resolve so it may take a few days to get back to you.

As I said please refrain from using INR in the future.

Only reason I use bc game is due to high low crypto future in stonks. Is there any better option then bc game or can I use other modes of currency in bc game instead of fiat

Yes you can, any crypto and if you are worried that you need to pay 30% taxes on bitcoin in India then just use any stable coin that just solve everything. You can use p2p more to buy USDT/USDC and then use it on the casino where you will never have any delay. I used different cryptos and most of the time withdrawals are instantly processed.

My BC contact who handle fiat division always urge to wait for at least 72 hours before escalating the matter to them, so I removed the first [latest] transactions of one withdrawal and two deposits and focusing on the ones above.

I'll send you a PM with set of instructions to get the deposits inspected, please wait until I finished my sweep through the recent posts and other new threads [if any] on this board.
