Testnet4/BIP94 support
Support for Testnet4 as specified in BIP94 has been added. The network can be selected with the -testnet4 option and the section header is also named [testnet4].

While the intention is to phase out support for Testnet3 in an upcoming version, support for it is still available via the known options in this release. (#29775)

Please withdraw all coins from your account.  Do not wait for us to hopefully reopen.

If we do reopen I will be sure to comp all forced withdrawals.  Sucks, but this is way safer and for the best.

We have to audit all the accounts and the more empty account... the better I feel.

So please, do not delay, withdraw all of your coins to a safe address.  

Withdrawals should be instant as normal, please let me know if not.  (Gapcoin may not, we are having wallet issues, and bigger fish to fry.)


My focus/concern is on people with a Bitcoin balance, specifically.

I've been reaching out to people who have an email on file... I will say, it's really frustrating not to be able to reach a user... future versions may mandate some way of contact.
