I'm not sure if you're posting this in the right board because, as far as I know only forum related and bitcoin related topics are usually posted here, not issues with specific gambling sites. I think this post should be moved to the gambling discussion board.

But to answer your question, you probably just need to complete the KYC verification. Most KYC options are found in the profile or account settings. Just provide the information they request and make sure you submit legitimate documents to avoid problems in the future.

I can understand your concerns; please be calm and try to comply with the BC game. If you read their terms during registration, then you may have noticed that they might ask for your KYC documents when necessary. It means you are obliged to provide your personal documents to pass the KYC process. In such a case, only the BC game would help you; we really can't help unless you verify KYC.

You haven't cleared up the issues of what actually happened. Have you tried to verify KYC, and did it fail? Or you don't want to comply with the BC regarding KYC issues? Unless you write the full story, we can't even suggest to you what you actually need to do to proceed. That's why I asked you to be calm and move forward to the proper way to find a resolution.
