I am not using a phone to access the official BC.Game casino, but if you open the page from a desktop computer, you can contact costumer support even if you are not logged in. Have you spoken with a support representative and explained your problem? Do that. Or try to access your account using the official website at https://bc.game.

As far as I remember, I have uploaded legal govt issued ID as kyc proof but unfortunately it failed and now my account got blocked. so if I can get one more chance to login and verify my account I will be very thankful to you.

As far as I remember, I have uploaded legal govt issued ID as kyc proof but unfortunately it failed and now my account got blocked. so if I can get one more chance to login and verify my account I will be very thankful to you.

Your situation, checked by my contact from BC's side, is not a rejected KYC due to issue with the document per se, like a blurry document or outdated or other technical issue. It's that your ID didn't match the previously provided information. BC believe KYC was done by different person.

Your situation, checked by my contact from BC's side, is not a rejected KYC due to issue with the document per se, like a blurry document or outdated or other technical issue. It's that your ID didn't match the previously provided information. BC believe KYC was done by different person.

Sir you said "my id didn't match previously provided information" But documents are only uploaded during kyc which got rejected. There is no previously stored information which differ from the documents uploaded during kyc. This account was in a good condition some weeks ago. Its fault on bc side, Kindly clarify it.
