First, a i7-3770K should produce around 5 Mh/s.
When you say hashrate is "0.10" is that h/s, Kh/s, Mh/s, Gh/s?

I mean from the looks of it, I`m aware you dont want to spend any. But the rate its going, the computer wont product anything, just like the above results.

Invest in several hundred dollars, and hope for the value to go hope?

Bitminter is a great pool is you've got a a few GIGA hashes (1,000,000 Kilohash) of mining power... the bitcoin network difficulty is too hard for CPUs or GPUs to be worth running on it any more.

However, there are alternative "coins" such as primecoin, XPM, which can be mined with CPUs still, and traded for bitcoin. The best "CPU coin" pool is ypool.net IMO which has primecoin and a few more and has helpful setup instructions. An i7 may earn a buck or two a day on CPU coins.

Forget about mining bitcoin with your CPU. You won't get anything from it.

If you really really want to try mining, try to mine some CPU-only coins.
