Another victim here. On April 28 , 2014 I’ve attempted to withdraw some coins from Cryptsy.com. The withdrawal got stuck and never came through. After opening two separate tickets (#128955, #131570) and having bunch of futile exchanges with a person(s) named “Phoebe”, it became apparent that:

a) I won’t see my money back.

b) Cryptsy managed to lose track of my funds, could not provide transaction numbers and was not interested in working with me on finding the problem.

Other, be ware - Cryptsy.com may be operated by a negligent and likely incompetent crew.

Note to NSA: please note in my personal file that the above comment, as well as any and all communications dating back to AOL/1993, are wholly fictitious, and are to be regarded as such. The later statement is to remain in effect until reversed by me personally in a waterboard-free questioning.

Same shit happened on me with NXT. It took one month and about 37 tickets to get it sorted.
If you want my advice, keep submitting tickets, ask them in the trollbox, write to BigVern on twitter and keep posting here updates, soon or later they will solve your issue.

Cryptsy sucks, always has and always will.

Missing funds, delaying withdrawals and deposits (hours to weeks), server 500 errors, 30 second to 5 minute lag times to get coins back from cancelled trades, over 100 complaints in their message forum in just one month's time, dozens of complaints on bitcointalk each month.

Why do people bother with these clowns?

sure, bitcoinexpress will rush into the room as he always does proclaiming he never has issues with them despite hundreds of trades, but we know better.

I'll never use their shit again.

Your not getting responses because in your first try you just reopened a ticket that you had told the agents you were good so its sitting in limbo.

You also have replied to it so many times over the past 10 days that its pretty hard to see exactly what your issue is. Send me the exact details and Ill find your money.

Suggestions for anyone who has this type of issue in the future.
1) Don't reopen a ticket that has once been completed
2) Be clear and concise leave out the angry banter it tends to just cloud what exactly the problem is.
3) Try to contact myself, Mullick or Vern in a PM.

I sent a ticket 3 weeks ago and no one from your "support" even bothered to respond for 2 weeks. Then i received an automated answer like "we apologize for the inconvenience....bla,bla,bla" and silence again.

One Q to cryptsy support staff...
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHECK A TXID with TWO WORKING BLOCK EXPLORERS??? ARE YOU RETARDED, HANDICAPPED OR LAZY?Huh
