Why is this in the "Gambling" section if this is not a ponzi scheme? You claim payment is through ad revenue from these clicks, so why is a deposit necessary? How does a user's deposit have any influence on the revenue you, the owner, receive per click?

it cost me to enter pay click partnership. me join pay click allow some  of link provider to allow me sell their product (not through link or anything relate to this offer in thread) so it add to my primary business and product offering.

have user make deposit guarantee user go through with click link and sign up as requirement state.

i first think pay user for click and sign up but doing sum it not good deal.
