Why wouldn't he get 1:1, or close to it? 

If he has the receipt, its not a huge deal, actually.

It's fiat but not really. Just like paypal. Gotta load a card or paypal then withdraw it or just spend it as is. The point is there are fees associated with it compared to going straight cash. You know?

This is why. I use ATM to withdraw PayPal funds, ATM charges $3 and PayPal charges like $1.25, so I'm really only getting like 4%, but looks like he got it anyway, and it was just my offer,  no one said he had to take it.  Wink
