I have noticed this increasing over the past few weeks.

If you have a gmail account, and an email address which is public on bitcointalk, you will probably receive a message saying that a suspicious sign in attempt was blocked by google.

It is not from google, it is from kundenserver.de, it is a phishing attack to get your details.

Report the email immediately if you receive it and do not click the links or buttons in it.

Does the message they send you say it's from Google in the list in your inbox, or does it say it's from someone else?

From Google.

You can identify that it is not from google, because google do not send any such email.

How did you find out it is from kundenserver.de?

In gmail when you view a message, you have a small downwards arrow at the top left of the message next to where it says 'to me'. If you click that it will say 'mailed by:' and give the server name.

You can also click 'Show original'. In other email clients the option may be 'show headers'.

Another tell tail sign is if when you hover over a link or a button, the status bar says the link is on googledrive or a domain which is not google.

These messages are crafted to shock and alarm you so that you click the button without thinking, always check, and if you are unsure ask somebody technical to take a look before you do anything.

Do you know how they manage to make it say it's from Google in the list in your inbox?
