Hi,

I've search everywhere to no available.  When we send bitcoin there is an attached mining fee.  I do understand that miner(s) gets that when they complete a block.  However, do ALL of the miners get a portion of the mining fee?  Or does the first miner get it?  How does this work?

And what is the max amount of confirmation allow per transaction?

Thanks in advance,
J
