No benefit of going first, because you will not going to find anyone who will sell you Bitcoin for Paypal.
Becareful there  is so many newbie scammer around who will try to sell you and ask you to send first.

'Verified' PPUSD does not mean live DNA, fingerprint, retinal scan are verified upon every login, so you may as well be saying 'this account is stolen'. PayPal always sides with scammers (including convicted financial criminals) who "hack" their own accounts, up to ∞ days later.
