You should just make a new poll now. I imagine this will change some people's opinions (but those people won't come back to change votes).

This increases odds from 2% favorable to 5%. The problem is that this is what any dying service is gonna do: tell you it's gonna be fine and that you'll get repaid. Most of the time those operators just disappear, though. Undecided

I suppose there's not a massive incentive to break their backs refunding that money, given all the other things going on.

It's hard to predict though, because loyal as they have been in the past, this situation is unprecedented for any exchange, let alone btc-e itself.

it would be the best middle finger to the authorities possible. the question is how much do they themselves have left?

Given information as of 30th July, 2017, and what are your reasons?

Taking into account Vinnik arrest, domain seizure, looming fines, coins moving around with no evidence right now as to who is in control, btc-e's history, etc.
Thanks for the link and I have seen regarding on the word of Btc-e management which I do somehow believe that theres something behind on this which they do actually get away on this issue and do say other situation which isn't related to them. If they would able to refund those users of the site then this would really be a good news but still cant be sure. September still far ahead. I can say that they wont really return as of now.

The poll got it wrong.
Just like the polls said Hilary would win the US presidential election
