I tryed the config below, nice performance ~340mh/s (2*5850) and nearly zero CPU utilisazion, but there are no shares submited, same thing in Guiminer.
Tryed two pools, same result. With sdk 2.4 everything is fine, but Quad cpu up to 50%.
Cat 12.3.

Maybe try a different Catalyst, something not so recent. 10.xx or 11.xx.
For Bitcoin to be a true global currency the value of BTC needs always to rise.
If BTC became the global currency & money supply = 100 Trillion then ⊅1.00 BTC = $4,761,904.76.
