I have a question for everyone that would be interested to start up something:

What is the best approach to team up, given the fact is very hard to meet face to face? I am interested how we can trust each other and what kind of system we could set up so none of us could run away with the business, it's assets or profits?

Unless, you guys are willing to meet face to face, be it on skype, and know much about each other, there is always a risk. Maybe, once the business starts making money, then you can split the income, there and then. This way, even if someone backs out, the losses are less.

This. With Internet of Coins we made sure to meet every dev in person, even the ones participating from another country. If you want to prevent someone from running off with investments, take a look at Swarm. Thought they offered a service similar to Kickstarter (no delivery = no payout).

About the income... we simply agreed with the team members one of the founders maintains control of funding and performs payouts. So far we have no complaints, especially now that we have Bitalo on board for support. Being transparent while cooperating is most important.

What about a fully functioning freelancing site like elance.com or freelancer.com that only accepts bitcoin.
The main cons of these Fiat based freelancing site is that their charge is very high which is more than 15%(includes flat charge + transaction fee charged by paypal or similar system + currency conversion) of the total cost.
If the same system is done in bitcoin based payment, it can reduce to below 10% or below(depends on how much you wanna charge them).

I see it has a bright future. Its like when Freelancers work for 100 usd than Through Bitcoin based freelancing site gets 95 usd where as in elance/freelancer sites its around 80-85 usd. Thats a huge difference.

We have experience on this Smiley

PM me if you want to talk more about this, We can work on this.
