Bittrex has stolen my deposit

FYI , there is a BUG in Bittrex Exchange

i have cancelled sell order and the deposit marked as sold, but i didnt get any BTC
the support doesnt answer for a week already

it was QRL that today went to 100% highs

i did refresh, clear cash, other devices..nothing wirks, my QRL gone

First Poloniex then Yobit and now Bittrex. These exchanges all had a good name at the beginning but it seems like they all are showing their true colors. There is nothing much you could do from your side other than to contact them. Since they are not responding to the ticket it would be better if you contact them via other means such as twitter.  Here is their twitter link https://twitter.com/BittrexExchange

Try to ask Bittrex support 1 more time. Sometimes it helps. Anyway Bittrex should be good exchange) I didn't notice a lot of similar issues with this exchange.

You should contact them again and tell them your problem in details and wait for their response as they are going through lot's of issues everyday so I think you should give them some time to identify what was happened and fix it. Good luck

hmm everyday i use poloniex and bittrex as my market and exchanger but i never saw the bug or problem with it my transaction always going well. i dont know why people get some bug or errors

I am one of the users of bittrex exchange and never had such issues yet. thanks for the heads up I will be more careful from now on and try to keep my balance out of it or keep very low amount.

Bittrex have a track of really questionable decision making. I'm sure they did not gone full scam, but they allow themselves much more then they should. With the kind of volume they operate they surely can afford to hire battalion of people who will handle tech support and provide feedback to the community. I'm sure If they wanted to find a way to address claims circulating on this forums for past 2 month they would do this.

Luckly i never had that problem. To be honest i never had a single problem in bittrex, maybe because i'm only a small trader, only trade 0.01-0.05 everytime and withdrawal without problem.

At Poloniex you can run into silly dangers when withdrawing above near to your daily limits, when price fluctuates on a grand scale.
If value jumps up +100% and you've withdrawn like 60% of your limit... the boundary got calculated on value * notation.
Results in paperworks and delays, delays and more delays.
