Suggestion: WorldCoin - best coin yet to be created :-)

Here is idea for new and last crypto currency we need.

Name could be WorldCoin (if not taken yet of course)

Why another one? Idea is to set it up that way that most people would get a fair chance to get a piece of cake.

It should be set up the way that mining is limited, max hash rate / mining would be limited the way that average computer/tablet could mine it.

WorldCoin should be advertised, I don't know, maybe year ahead (and everything should be ready) way long before mining would start. That way as much people as possible would be ready for it, months before. Everything should be ready many months before, mining software, wallet... everything.... Then advertising start to get as much of a general public aware of this (last) opportunity....

While there should be limited amount of total coins, there should also be enough time available for mining, many years...  

There should be no pre-mining available.
Sponsoring/investing should be allowed in really small amounts. Maybe you could pre-buy (invest) $100 max? Maybe amount that equal 1 BTC max? Bottom line, you want that as many people as possible would be able to participate without doing any differences between wealthy and less fortunate.

There are so many who wish they would know about original Bitcoin project. Which was only for chosen few who got really fast rich. If we could set up one project that start would be designed the way to involve as many people as possible....

Of course, WorldCoin should have all the latest, ,best, safest.... technologies implemented....

Funds gathered from sponsoring/investing should be placed into some transparent, open (to view) to public account...

I'm pretty sure if there would be start of one like this, serious new world crypto currency, there would be enough quality developer available for this project that would be willing to donate their time for it....

I don't know if all this is possible now, it is sort of late, :-) but if it is, it would make the best Crypto Currency of all.....

Would you limit participation to just Earth or would citizenry of any world be eligible? I think you should call it WorldsCoin - because it's fairer that way.
