even if satoshi plans to donate that much bitcoins to some country then better he donate it to a tech supporting country, a country that strongly believe in bitcoin and announce bitcoin as its official currency after this donation
it will god for that country and bitcoin world

I don't know how we can make a clear definition out of that. Most important that country must be willing to support bitcoin all the way and that means tied it back to their national fiat currency. Essentially if they decide to print or issue a certain amount of fiat, the bank must have an equivalent amount of coins in their holding before they are allowed to do that.

I dunno, Satoshi hasn't been paid for his invention yet. So maybe the first thing he would need is to get paid. Possibly collect royalties first. Everything else is yet to be considered.

You obviously have no clue how bitcoin was made or how it works, this is no royalties and he has 260 million worth of Bitcoin and hasn't moved a single one, his intentions are more than getting paid.

Satoshi donate some of the 1.500.000 bitcoins for Greece plsssssssssssss Smiley

And next month again the same amount or more?

He should still do a global giveaway. What the hell does he need 1.5 million for.

He probably disappeared to avoid being inundated with countless begging letters and being accosted everywhere he goes by people asking him for free bitcoins. If you had 1.5 million bitcoins would you give them away to the members here?
Lol and what makes you think he has/had 1.5 million of bitcoins? No way.

I used to regularly see estimates of 1 Million+ BTC for the big man, but those figures could be way off.

It's at least 900K bitcoins.  Possibly some number up to 1.3M bitcoins.

No address we can associate with Satoshi has ever spent a single dang coin except in a couple of test tx he sent to Hal Finney way back in the wayback.

Beside the fact that Bitcoin is open source, Satoshi himself doesn't need any royalties.

He has plenty enough Bitcoins to retire on if he wanted to.  Cheesy

Theyre spending money they dont have and they threathen to leave EU! One big lol there.
Tell them to join in with Africa then. People would turn on their TVs and see an address from the Greek President saying "Sorry to break it you, but you guys are Africans now."

Vaourfakis has extended their period until june, it's pretty pointless, it's clear greece is going to default, if only they adopted bitcoin on the side, that could make  things less dramatic.
