What miner to mine with cpu+windows

Thank you for you precious help. I think, I'll drop idea with BTC mining using CPU. I don't bother of electicity cost, due to I'm not the one who is paying the bill for it.
So the other idea is:
buy miner, and I would like to ask, which Miner is not too expensive (~500$)?

If you really have access to a thousand computers (and you are not the one who will bear the electricity costs), you could try mining cryptonight coins (such as darknote or monero). With an 8 core AMD processor at 4000Mhz you will be able to earn around 0.001 btc daily. So with a thousand of such machines dedicated to mining you could raise up to 1 bitcoin per day...

Mining with cpu is highly unprofitable as the power needed to mine bitcoins is alot greater than your reward. Mining with your GPU is still unprofitable. I suggest you take some bitcoins and invest it in some trustworthy cloud mining sites (the ones that has been here for months). If you want you could also buy a USB miner. I have an Antminer U2 and I just lease it on leaserigs and I earn around 10k doge per week.

Bitcoin is not the only pebble on the beach. There are altcoins that are asic resistant and which can be mined only on cpu (and gpu with almost the same performance). Darknote is one such cryptocoin that doubled in bitcoin denominated price within the last few months, even despite the fact that bitcoin price also increased significantly during the same time frame...

Search ebay for bitcoin miner, you'll find several.  Used S3 goes for ~$100, good machine.  Have fun!

Search ebay for bitcoin miner, you'll find several.  Used S3 goes for ~$100, good machine.  Have fun!

Buy it only from trusted sellers. I recommend you to buy from this forum instead if ebay. People here will help you if they see you are going to deal with a scammer or likely-scammer. See Computer Hardware sub-board to buy a miner. If you couldn't find a suitable miner, you can create a thread and "[WTB] name of the miner you want to buy" as subject/title. For example, if you want to buy 2 Anitminer S4, then create a thread with "[WTB] 2x Antinminer S4".
