We have a buyer, however, as we are closing in on the preliminary contract's deadline on 30th of September we are receiving requests by a number of new potential buyers who may render the previous contract void by making a better offer by that time. (Currently there are 2 more potential buyers and talks are underway.)
I have been a long time member of this forum myself (using an anonymous handle) and because of my personal interest in Bitcoin I wish to offer Bitcoiners with access to reasonable funds the opportunity to bid on the estate, as well.
We have a feeling there might be someone interested but they don't know about us.
If somebody or a group of people within the Bitcoin community were to be interested in obtaining the realty and keen on taking up on the challenge of handling such a delicate deal using Bitcoin as a payment method, how should we best go about finding them, or them finding us?
Our article in the Marketplace/Auctions section is receiving very little traffic and we believe our potential target audience just isn't aware of it.
What meaningful ways of advertising real estate to the Bitcoin community are there?
