Why appear in Chinese language?
And I cant change the language option

I can't..when I tried to withdraw it shows "available to withdraw 0.0049"

But when I click the withdraw button, it show pop up message in Chinese which ended with 0.01

Does it mean that the minimum withdraw is 0.01?

Megamore, we don't support Indonesian yet, but have had a lot of interest from Indonesia so we're discussing it.

Panjul07, yes, the minimum withdrawal is 0.01. Go to the bottom right corner of the page and change the language to English for a better experience.

Exchanges that hold customer fund are not good. You should at least show Proof of Reserve.

I understand where you're coming from. We've seen what happens when exchanges have problems and those stories are one motivating factor for us to start our own exchange. We're looking at various options to show Proof of Reserve without publicly revealing our cold wallet addresses. Merkel-roots is one possible option. If you have any suggestions let us know. Thanks!
