He just pointed out the obvious, when theres a floor price defined, then its time to buy, it couldnt be much simpler than that to explain, however, predicting the floor is not as easy.
Most of us are in belief that 200$ is the current floor price, and that is clearly reflected on the market, as the bounce gets stronger with each dip downward.
After more than a year of price literally nosediving, it is safe to say that it is a time to buy, will u be able to get a better price than current ~260 entry- maybe, but that doesnt
mean that u wont profit from your investment if u buy now, it only means that your profit is just going to be a bit smaller.
And on the other hand, if you miss the boat, i doubt there will be a good chance to rebuy, since we wont be coming back to 200$ range if we pass 500$ again.
