Obviously your whole reason for being on this site is for the marketplace. Thats fine. Me too. But your sole reason for being on the market (proven by your name) is because you are selling pokerstars chips. Sure you can use your CC and buy a bunch of PS chips then trade them..but why not just use your CC to buy some btc? Or use cash? Or hell, use the CC with paypal and buy some coins.

The only reason you would be doing this is if you were using carded accounts.

Beware ! Chances are GREATER than likely that if you receive chips from this guy that you WILL lose them!! And possibly lose your entire account!

Hey, i just wanted to let you know there are some ppl that sell anonymous prepaid (EU) debit cards. It comes with IBANN so you can have them deposit like a banking account I believe (just can't send money out via wire)

So, in theory, you could have pokerstars deposit your winnings into the EU account, then use the debit card to buy things with it or go to the ATM and get cash.

Not 100% if it would work with poker stars but I've done this for other things that didn't allow US payment info. Oh and they work with any name. They have no name attached so any one you enter will work. Its the same with the address.
