Probably a collateral scammer. Do not send anything to these guys first!

The fun part is the website isn't even properly worked out, some of the words are out of line and crossing each other.
Seems a pretty half assed scam in my opinion.

website says they are a non profit...but
there is no such non profit entity registered
in Minnesota according to the state website.
