Hi Admin, I have a suggestion, people are always confused with different time zones as to when a particular tournament will start. If it is possible could you make a Timer Countdown on the front page of the site itself and/or maybe in the OP also which tells how much hours is left for a tournament to begin?

Yap, I have suggested this before.  But they said that it is impossible to add the countdown timer in the OP.

In fact, i have ever seen a thread with countdown timer in the OP, but I forget it and I dont know how to add such kind of countdown timer in OP.

If you know how to add it in the OP, its better if tell them by PM.

just regeistered and hope ladyluck was with me when the tourney

Thanks for registering! Good luck!

Hello friend,

Would you please add the countdown timer of the 1BTC freeroll in OP?
I think it would be great Smiley

I do not think this is possible. We would have to manual update it every so often. I think the best option would be to visit this page and keep it open to get an update of when the tournament is.

It would be really fun if they could do it, but I'm pretty sure that smf isn't going to allow users to execute arbitrary javascript in a forum post.  However, they could have link in the OP to a timer on their site.

or you guys could easily determine the time of the freerolls from google, just type in your timezone and the freeroll time, I am user google will exactly show what time is it from your country's timezone

Yes, unfortunately like I said before it is not possible for us to put a countdown on this forum.

You can always do what shulio recommends or even visit the Tournament info page on our website. It will give you a countdown timer for when the tournament will start.

i dont know if it's just me... but i hate the pay out system in this website... it sucks IMO>

don't get me wrong... the freeroll is good in any way. BUT, why not make the pay out a standard one so that more players will get to win some chips and hopefully, get to playing cash games...

like, right now it is only paying top 1!!! ridic IMO.

Yes unfortunately it looks like several people registered but never showed up to play. The tournaments have a 30 minute late registration timer and a 30 minute No-show timer.

After the 30 minute No-show timer ALL players that did not login to play are removed from the tournament.

Please read my response here:

I explain why we do NOT pay out the Top 3 in a 200mBTC Freeroll.

Our next 1BTC Freeroll will be paying out the Top 6 players no matter how many register.

Thanks for your feedback.

I think if you've never experienced the river being a nightmare in "real live poker" then I'm not sure what game you were playing.  Smiley

It is your run and that follows you online across multiple different sites or in your live games, if you gave them the river cheap then there is one of your mistakes you could have avoided. Head up and please don't blame software like 80% of people who don't have a clue about averages/runs. Be one of the different and laugh it of.

Time to jaxxx it up.
